The only thing they need to change is to put the unit # on the exterior of each unit. They had cute sea names for each unit on the exterior, but referred to our rental by a unit number, which is very confusing upon arrival.

During the week the stay was perfect. We were steps from the beach. The property abuts to the public park which meant dramatically increased crowds on the weekend. Very nice stay.

We had the best time! Very clean place. You can’t beat the location and walking right out onto the beach. They were so accommodating for my dogs as well! Matthew was the property manager while we stayed and he was very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend.

I really loved this property it was so cute and the groundskeeper, John was absolutely a gem! I met a few other people that work on this property and they were all very amazing people. I was very well taken care of here and would love to come back.

Great place to stay

Pictures were accurate and the place was very clean. The drain in the shower was slow but no deal breaker and a grab bar in shower would be nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a delightful and relaxing stay at Mello on the Beach in July 2026. This is a charming place to stay in a perfect location for walkability and convenience. We enjoyed being in walking distance to Skinny's, the surfshop, the trolley stop, and the beach bar (which is a great place to watch the sunset and have a nightcap). While the property is next to a public beach, we weren't bothered by crowds or excess noise, and we really enjoyed the convenience that comes with the proximity. On days where the gulf was choppy, we took advantage of the pool, which was also nice. I also appreciated the chairs, umbrella, and cooler that was provided. All in all, this property is well maintained and is in a perfect location next to a beautiful beach. We will be back!

Beach birthday perfection

Took my daughter for her 15th birthday! We loved it! 15 steps to the beach! Pool was great as well! We had beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler provided! Condo decor was beachy chic! Had a fabulous time!

Better than described!

When we saw this listing, it looked almost too good to be true, but we took a chance and... it's far better than the description indicates. This entire property feels like mid-century Miami Beach may have felt. Everything is new, and the attention to detail is amazing. They have someone on the property every day and any needs we had (extra coffee pods, a screen door that didn't stay on its track) they handled immediately — and cheerfully. The area surrounding it has an amazing old Florida vibe, with Australian pines swaying in the evening breeze, people celebrating the sunset from the sand, and families grilling at the beachfront park. We felt instantly relaxed and at home, and didn't want to leave. A stay at Mello is like staying at an upscale vintage roadside motel. The four days passed in the blink of an eye, but we will no doubt return — and soon.

Beautiful place that truely looks exactly like the photos. Short walk to the beach. Clean all around. Beautiful pool. Having chairs, umbrellas and a cooler available to use, was very convenient. Entertainment just a short walk from our front door. Lots of quaint shops to visit. We enjoyed our short stay and would recommend it to others.

Best Mother Daughter Weekend Getaway!
