After only 100m you can easily reach the beach access, which is close to the property, and can look far to the Baltic Sea.   From the accommodation, you can easily reach the Heringsdorf pier, the lively town center or the popular theater "Chapeau Rouge" in about 10 minutes on foot. In about 50m distance invites the "Bakery Thiel" in the Delbrückstraße for a tasty and invigorating start to the holiday morning. Next to it is the Gasthof "Schmiedehaus", if you like to dine heartily in the immediate vicinity. Other restaurants are within walking distance along the promenade both towards Heringsdorf and towards Ahlbeck.   A washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement of the villa. This 54 square meter cozy three-room apartment is located on the ground floor and has a balcony facing northeast. The bright living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchairs and a separate dining area for 4 people. Flat TV and radio are of course. The kitchenette incl. Refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob and microwave is integrated in the rear living area. The larger bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) wardrobe and chest of drawers, the smaller one with two single beds (90 x 200) and smaller closet space. The furnished balcony faces the courtyard and invites you to linger, especially in the mornings. The bathroom has a shower and washbasin / WC. A parking space is located in the yard and is assigned to the apartment.
