The villa has recently been fully renovated, new designed and also equipped with new furniture and a brand new kitchen.

The well equipped kitchen leads to the dining area with fireplace and open to the comfortable living room.
On the ground floor you'll find two bedrooms with each a bathroom.
Upstairs is one double room and the kids’ room with two child beds and one baby cot. Also upstairs is a bathroom.

Around the house you'll have a spacious garden with trampoline, a slide, BBQ and on the backside of the house is another deck with a wooden pick nick table and view into the green.

The pool is secured by an electronic cover.
3 cars can easily park in the drive way.

This winter a gardener is going to work on our property especially the backside of the house. (Thats why you dont see it on the images.)

The pool heating is included in the rental price from May until end of September.
