The Stella Brigita vacation home is located on the outskirts of the village of Brajkovići, 7 km from the town of Pazin. The house sits atop a hill, the last in a row, offering a stunning 360° view. A stay at the Stella Brigita vacation home offers complete privacy and relaxation in nature, surrounded by Mediterranean herbs such as olives, rosemary, lavender, and bay leaves...<br>Set on a fully fenced 2,000 m² lot, the house features a closed-off first floor, while the first floor—with a total area of 150 m²—houses a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry, and a living room with a spacious covered terrace, three bedrooms with balconies, and three bathrooms. <br>For a refreshing break, the garden features a large 26-square-meter outdoor pool with dining and sunbathing areas. In addition to the stunning view from the living room terrace, Stella Brigita offers a complete nature experience with a barbecue located beneath a century-old oak tree. The deep shade and the scent of lavender are sure to provide the perfect recipe for total relaxation. <br>On the property, you can sample a variety of seasonal fruits, enjoy the olive grove from which we produce our own olive oil, and the grapes from which we make various homemade brandies. All of our products are available to our guests. There is also a large parking lot and free Wi-Fi.<br>The nearest store is 500 meters away, and restaurants and supermarkets are 2–5 km away. The nearest beach is 20 km from the house, as are two water parks; a zip line is 7 km away. The romantic towns of Motovun and Grožnjan are 20 km away, and the basilica with its frescoes, as well as numerous other attractions, are just a 20-minute drive away.
