Guest Access:
When you reserve this home, you will also have access to a private pool, located approximately a half mile from the home. This pool is only available for guests who reserve with our company. The pool is located in the Plumas Pines neighborhood. (Fireplace not available for guest use during summer peak vacation rental season)
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood of Plumas Pines, is close to the charming village of Graeagle, California. Just 3 miles down the hill are shops, restaurants and fun activities. You can walk to the Middle Fork of the Feather River from this home and there are easy hiking and biking trails within just one mile of this home.
Getting Around:
There is no public transit in Plumas County. But our town is quite walkable with restaurants, golf courses, shops, hiking and biking trails within easy distance. We are only one hour away from the Reno/Tahoe airport.

You must be 25 years old (with proof of ID) to make a reservation one of our vacation rental homes. 3 night minimum over 4th of July weekend.
The owner of this home has thoughtfully provided two bicycles (with a pump) and Kayak for your use during your vacation. Guest assumes risk when using these items...

Great golf getaway!
My husband and I had a long weekend in Plumas pines. The property was perfect!
The kitchen was well stocked for everything you could possibly need.
The garage was great for storage of our kayaks and golf clubs.
The check in process was so smooth, great information and communication from owners.
Thank you for a great time, we would love to stay longer next time.

Birthday trip
We were celebrating our brothers 60th birthday and he chose Graeagle as his place to visit. The condo was nice, a little dated, but very comfortable and clean. Our only issue was the lack of air conditioning as it was VERY HOT during our 5 day visit. The house had many fans, but we found it difficult to sleep or spend much time inside. There were 3 funky little "air conditioners" that involved little frozen pieces to put into a box with a fan....like I said they were very funky and only helped if you held it right in front of your face ! I think the investment of a REAL A/C unit would go a long way (or only go in the winter months).
Overall, it was well stocked, clean and the beds were very comfortable.
