Completely, friendly and modern furnished - in central location. 10 minutes by foot to the main station and to the center. 50 m to the suburban train Königsplatz. Comfortably furnished. LCD TV cable. Internet High Speed WLAN included. Complete kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine + dryer, hairdryer, bed linen and towels. Underground parking available for a fee!
All apartments are particularly centrally located but still quiet between the main station u. Königsplatz on the 3rd floor m. Lift. Due to the good transport connections U- and S-Bahn connection at the main station, U-Bahn at Königsplatz, streetcar corner Dachauer-/Karlstraße as well as the central yet quiet location in the Munich city, it is the ideal starting point to explore the whole city on foot. The surrounding infrastructure is perfectly developed. Numerous stores for daily needs, restaurants and cafes are only a few minutes away.

This apartment was very centrally located to lots of busy areas. It is in the front of the building of a very busy street so there tended to be lots of noise in the early mornings. The apartment is bright, clean and very spacious. It is on the pricey side but that was part of the Oktoberfest time period. When we were there the apartment was quite hot. Be aware that air conditioning is not included in the price of the rental and is available at an additional cost. There was also an additional damage deposit required for the stay that had to be sent via PayPal but was refunded 7 days after the rental was complete.

Super Apartment

Perfekt für uns: Ruhige, zentrale Lage mitten in München, nahe U-Bahn, gut ausgestattet, bequeme Betten. Kommunikation super, flott, hilfsbereit. Nehmen wir sehr gerne wieder!

Great location in the city

Nice apartment. The coffe maker takes only capsules that not even the manager could find for me though so bring your own fine ground for Turkish coffee

Perfect except…

Everything about this place was great. The only issue had to do with the number of people who can stay at the property. In the US, if the property is advertised to sleep 4, then that’s how many can stay there. However, that’s not the case here. I was traveling with my teenage sons. One of them was staying with a friend in Munich. We had a day trip planned and would be coming back late- we asked if my son could stay one night with us and we were told no. Had we known the policy, we would have included him in our reservation from the start.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. The location was perfect. We walked to all the sites and our arranged tours were within walking distance as well. We are senior citizens and the lift was great. We bought groceries down the street and a pharmacy as well. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was complete. It was also nice that we had an available washer/dryer. My only recommendation would be to leave more bath towels. We were there for 4 days and only had 2 towels.

We would not stay again.

The host was non-communicative. Did not respond to 2 short information request prior to stay or a request when leaving. The location was convenient to the train station and it was clean. There is a 120 euro cleaning fee included in the cost but you are warned to leave the rental broom clean or you will be charged. This included leaving clean dishes and the dishwasher did not work very good. The towels were well worn and you got one each. You could wash them in the washer and dryer but that took a lot of time. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

Lots of room!

Very nice place, lots of room for our group of 3. Large bathroom with a deep tub. Nice size kitchen with pretty much everything you need. I don't know why these places never have measuring spoons or cups. That would be the only thing missing, but I don't see those in any of the VRBO's. We didn't use the TV but there is one in the living room. Couch pulled out for a full-size bed, which my son said was comfortable. The dining room table was perfect for meals and playing games. This was located less than a block from the metro and a grocery store. The washer and dryer are shared with the apartment next to us, but we didn't have any issues and we used it 3 or 4 times. He had a broom and vacuum in the apartment which was nice because we like to leave things as clean as when we arrived. Overall, a great location and a great place to stay. I would say this would accomodate 4 people easily. Thanks for allowing us to share your place. It was great.

Cameras and Cleanliness

The property was in a good location close to trains , supermarket ,restaurants …. The property itself is in an office building type of space and could be cleaner … Also we were given 2 towels each 1 hand towel and 1 a small bath towel ….. in the hall there were extra towels we took 2 extra as there was water on the kitchen floor when we arrived … there is a camera in the hall …. And I’m not sure if there are any in the apt. We were told to put the towels back as we only get the 2 … we were there for 5 nights …. I was told there was a washer and to wash my towels ….. The washer n dryer needed to be cleaned and the dryer did not operate properly ….No instructions for the cooktop … 1 small kitchen towel ….etc I personally would not stay here again … it was expensive and not worth it ……..

Amazing location

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We did not read the listing carefully and therefore did not book the optional (extra charge) bedroom air conditioning. It was very warm in the apartment and we had trouble sleeping with the window open due to street noise. Werner was great about setting it up for us after we let him know we wanted it. The location cannot be beat. We were able to walk to several of the museums we wanted to see and it was a very short walk to both and underground station and a tram stop. There is a grocery store right next door, and all around the apartment were very tasty international restaurants.

Beautiful central apartment near Hbf

We had a great stay in Munich at this apt. It was close to main station, subways and trams and many great restaurants. There is an elevator in building which was great with lots of luggage. The apartment was clean, furnished nicely and had everything we needed for our 5 nights in Munich. Communication was easy and fast. It was convenient to have a washer and dryer though hang drying was necessary for our heavier items (these were shared with one other apartment). Overall we were very happy and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent find.

Clean,comfortable,quiet 3rd floor apartment for two.Within easy walking distance of the railway station and major attractions:the opera house,the Residenz,the art galleries and a good supermarket almost next door.We would highly recommend.

Close to everything we wanted to see in Munich

The property was within walking distance of the main train station, and all the main art galleries that we wanted to visit, so perfect for us. The apartment was as advertised. Unlike other rentals I’ve been in, there is only salt and pepper on hand, so be prepared to bring or buy everything you need for cooking. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, except a teapot. Nice to have a full apartment and access to laundry facilities in the middle of a long trip. They are shared on the floor with other units—one of the other guests seemed to object to our using them though. No schedule, so catch as catch can. I had to wait my turn. Would seem like it would be better to extend the laundry hours past 8 pm., otherwise people start pretty early....
