This house is perfectly situated to enjoy these famous sunsets, either from the many perfect spots in the house or from the beach steps away. While visiting here you can catch the free island trolley at the corner to explore the shops, grab an ice cream or quick cocktail, or you can do morning yoga on the beach in front of the house, spend the day splashing in the water with your family and then slip right next door to the legendary Sandbar Restaurant.

Beyond its perfect location, this home offers everything you need for a lively stay in this charming Florida destination. The property is recently renovated with a stylish Florida Boho vibe and features 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The luxurious three-room master features a spa tub and private sitting area. The other two bedrooms are serene spaces with king-sized beds. Additionally, the living room couch is a sleeper sofa and sleeps two more guests comfortably. There is also a Futon sofa in the Game room which could be used for additional sleeping for kids or grandkids.

For evenings you choose not to explore one of the many exciting nearby eateries; the large, spacious kitchen is the perfect place to cook local produce and seafood at home. The kitchen has great workspace and is well equipped for all your cooking needs. The spacious dining room table has ample seating and fantastic views of the gulf. After dinner, relax over coffee and dessert here as you watch the sun go down on another perfect day or slip into the comfortable living area to visit, watch tv or generally relax and kick back.

The house also has a fun downstairs recreation area to enjoy with your family and friends. There is a 50" TV, a combination billiard/ping-pong table, a game table, and a pass-through bar with a refrigerator. This space opens to the outdoor patio and a beautiful backyard dining area with a gas grill, lounge chairs, a hammock, a private outdoor shower and even a game area for a little corn hole in this private tropical oasis. In addition, at the front of the house there is an incredible spot where you can enjoy gulf breezes in a screen-enclosed seating area equipped with strings of soft night lights and overhead fan.

The Sunset Place makes escape easy with additional amenities. There is a beach gear storage shed fully equipped with beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, and sand toys. There is a spacious laundry room with a double sink. The parking area can accommodate 5 full sized vehicles with 2 spots covered. There is even an electrical plug available in the carport for charging golf carts.
