Had a great holiday at Anna Maria. It was a great location so it was just a short walk on to the beach but also a great home to relax and enjoy life away from the day to day stresses. Thanks for letting us stay.

My family had a great time. The house was wonderful has a great breakfast nook over looking the water we watched the dolphins as we had our morning coffee every morning plenty of space for the kids and dogs to play!! We will definitely be booking this home agian for next years summer trip to the Island!

We had great a vacation. Unfortunately, we found pans with food in them in the cabinet, wet towels in the dryer. One bathroom has a tub with cracked, chipped porcelain. Not suitable to take a bath in. The doors need new weather stripping as we had a few uninvited "guests ". Despite that being said the house and location are good.i would stay again.

The bones of the house were great - the room sizes, number of bathrooms… Kitchen was well equipped but there were absolutely no spices, not even salt and pepper, no foil wrap or baggies . the bedding was terrible, scratchy sheets, thin bedspread and cheap blankets. And we were required to wash the towels, which seemed a lot when you’re paying such fees, there were zero soaps in the bathrooms, no trash bags, not even a starter kit for visitors. We do not supply oil or spices due to safety concerns. I will talk with housekeepers about the quality of linen they are making the beds with. We ask that you wash the beach towels only no other linens as they are larger and take a while to dry. This helps housekeepers when they have a back to back at he property. There should have been a starter kit at the property. I will talk with the housekeepers. We tell you in the arrival instructions that you are started off with a few items. If you were in need we supply you with a maintnenance and regular office number to get ahold of us. Thank you SO MUCH for this amazing review!! We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space indoor & outdoor. Outdoor showers were helpful coming back from the beach. Would highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

The property is very much as pictured and has a fantastic private backyard and pool, plenty of parking, working grill and spacious kitchen/living space. It also allows pets which was great for our family! That being said, I think communication could have been better. While they definitely handled the issue with the pool pump, there was no closing the loop for us to know someone was coming to fix it or how it was actually fixed. For the price, I’d recommend updating the primary bedroom bed and most of the bed pillows, coffee maker and ensuring a pool clean for those staying for a week. We would definitely book the property again as it is a gem when compared to others on the island :)

Typically, the pool is clean but you happened to check in at the same time the pool pump quit working properly. We were able to get a new pump and get the pool clean for you. This property didn't disappoint. We stayed for 3 weeks and the inside and outside spaces were excellent. The bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds. I would consider changing the bunk beds to two singles or single and double. Bathrooms were well appointed. A door into the ensuite in the main bedroom could be considered. The kitchen was a great size with all the required equipment. The outside space was exceptional with a very large pool and options for seating. The location is great for the beach with a 10 minute walk to the exceptional Bean Point. Anna Maria island is a gem and this property is ideally located to sample all that it has to offer.

The house was spacious and clean with a perfect location to both sunrise and sunset views, the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool was a favorite of my daughters. A very nice vacation.

The check in process was a breeze. The house was beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable also. The outdoor area and pool were wonderful. We had a blast, especially my 10 year old granddaughter. Beautiful place to stay and close to the beach. We loved it here. Book it, you will not regret it.

Great location to the rod & reel pier

We loved the location! Short walk to the beach & the rod & reel pier. Nice backyard & pool for hanging out. Management was very responsive to a few minor issues! Really enjoyed our stay here!

Property was clean and the beach was within walking distance. Pool was dirty upon arrival but the pool guy was there our 2nd day to clean.
