Roomy, bright condo - enjoyed the balconies, pool, hot tub, and huge tv. Easy to get to the beach which is less crowded than many other areas. Also an easy walk to the North Myrtle shops and restaurants. Everything was clean and easy. Thank you - will definitely return!

The location and amenities were excellent. The layout of the condo is great and very spacious. The living room furniture is very comfortable and the place was clean. The condo could use a some repairs. The bed frame in the master bedroom was broken, so the bed wasn't stable and rocked anytime someone moved. Many of the lightbulbs in the fixtures were burned out, and pieces of furniture in the other rooms were broken. The kitchen is lacking in pots and pans to cook with. We had to make a store run as soon as we got there because the coffee maker didn't even have any filters. Make sure you bring soap, shampoo, garbage bags because none of that is provided. Even the hand soap dispensers in the bathrooms were empty.

Quality time not worrying about things got wrong.

The view, balconies, bedrooms, cleanliness, facilities, the attention details through messages by checking at the right time : checking in, first day, checking if everything was fine, giving us a farewell. Giving us a wishes for good traveling back home.

The customer service for this condo was excellent and the location is perfect. The carpets were a little dingy and the walls were dirty, however it wasnā€™t terrible. I probably wouldnā€™t recommend for a family with crawling children but this trip was for teens and they loved it. Not awful but not quite what I was expecting. However altogether we had a great time and would be better if the condo had a small uplift.

Place has pros and cons! Great location to local businesses but have to cross a busy street without a crosswalk nearby. Having an elevator is ideal for 3rd floor. Kitchen great for Mamā€™s cooking! Not all the electrical outlets work, carpet needs to be ripped up now (dirty and torn), and we couldnā€™t get master bedroom TV to work. The walls even had spills down them. Bring your fans for bedrooms as the only one with a ceiling fan is the master.

Great Spot Close to the Beach

Great little spot within walking distance of the beach. Very clean and quite spacious. There are three rooms, but only two parking passes and no way of purchasing a third parking pass, despite there being plenty of parking when we came. There is public parking nearby, but it's not all day. We came during the off season and the pool/hot tub in our building area was closed, we later found out through another guest that we were able to use the pool/hot tub at the buildings across the street, which are also adjacent to the beach. This would have been nice to know initially.

Great condo and location!

The condo is spacious and bright. Really nice to have the 3 bedrooms (each with a nice TV) and 3 bathrooms. The living room has a large TV and a skylight. We fixed a few meals in the condo and found the supplies to be sufficient. There are 2 balconies that look out over the pool area, which we used a lot. We also enjoyed the hot tub even on the rainy fall days while we were there and the pool area is very nice. The location is perfect -- a short walk to the beach (which isn't as crowded as other areas of Myrtle Beach) and a short walk to the Main St. of North Myrtle with good food, etc. there - yet our area felt relatively quiet. Everything was clean. Thank you for a great week!

Unsafe bed and dirty carpet with damaged

I only stay for 10 mins. I find the bed unsafe. it is not my fault. I have a Cerebral palsy client. He got scared when he sat on that bed. It was not stable. Sadly, host or VRBO Refused for a refund And dirty carpet with damaged.

I wouldnā€™t stay again - has cockroaches!!!!!!

Pros - good location. Straight walk to the beach . Cons - it said in the listing that it was a fully equipped kitchen yet no mixing bowls or oven mits to get hot food out of the oven . No can opener . The beds were so broken down felt like you were sleeping on a wooden board. There are no protective covers on the beds ! So gross .No sheets for the pull out bed . No dresser in the twin bedroom for clothes , carpets are stained and very dirty! Floors were not very clean when we got there. The dryer didnā€™t work . Took 2 hours just to dry a very small load of clothes. Found a cockroach on the wall and then found another one in the bathroom that was at least 2 inches long !!!! Absolutely WILL NOT stay here again !

Girlā€™s beach trip

The property is listed as a 3 bathroom. It is only a 2 1/2 bathroom. Third bathroom has toilet and sink. With an 8 guest occupancy that 3rd shower would come in handy. There is no storage/dresser in the twin bedroom while the king room is nothing but dressers, making it a little cramped. Kitchen needs more forks, bigger toaster and more small appliances like a mixer and blender. Location is great and walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants Management company responds quickly (within minutes) of contacting them. We were concerned about how clean the condo would be as previous reviews said the place was dirty. The only complaint we had on this was that the shower curtain in the King room had black mold all over it. We informed management and this is suppose to be taken care of. Pool area is lacking lounge chairs. For the size of this complex there was only 8 lounge chairs in the pool area.

Needs Serious Maintenance

First of all, this is a Vacasa property. People should know that before booking. Had I known I wouldnā€™t have booked. I left a review previously with a LONG list of maintenance items and Vacasa has yet to post the HONEST review. The owners of this unit and the public need to know. How this place has 5 star recent reviews is beyond me. Weā€™ve stayed in this complex numerous times and this place was the worst of all! First, ALL TOILETS NEED REPLACEMENT! They only flush when they feel like it. An inexpensive update. One was even leaking! Faucets and light fixtures also! Kitchen is poorly appointed! 2 forks for a family to eat with and BADLY scratched non-stick pans. Another inexpensive fix. Also, no pot holders or dish soap, but dishwasher tabs were provided. The sliding glass door only stays shut if you have the strength to slam it. Heck, you need everything in you to open and close it, too! Bedding is gross! A mattress and bedding is another inexpensive update! Living room was comfortable but should have lamps for the evening. WiFi was horrendous and there are 3 remotes that do almost nothing. The twin bedroom has pictures sitting on the floor and a TV balancing on a small side table! Someone left their vape in the main bedroomā€¦.gross! Parking passes had the wrong dates on them. I know the HOA checks these passes so we hoped for the best. A few details on how to find the building would go a long way for folks that havenā€™t been to the complex before.

Wonderful beach place

Ideal place across the street from the beach! Really enjoyed the open feel with the large skylight, large TV, 3 nice bedrooms and 3 baths (no need to share!). Itā€™s a clean and comfortable place to stay. We were able to cook meals and do laundry which is nice when youā€™re staying a week or more. Short walk to the beach, 2 nice pools and hot tubs (which we took advantage of)! The condo is close to an area of ocean-front homes so the beach here is less crowded. Also, we could easily walk to several good eating places and stores, yet felt far enough away from them. Everything else is a very short drive away. Communication was great! Would highly recommend this place!

Perfect get away spot

I canā€™t say enough about this condominium community. Every thing was so well maintained. Loved the salt water pool so much. Very short walk to the beach. The condo was wonderful. Three full baths was such a plus. Fully equipped kitchen was awesome. Two decks. What more could you ask for. We will be back!
