Bedrooms:

Indulge in comfort and style in our thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The master suite boasts a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as private balcony overlooking the azure waters. Wake up to the gentle sounds of waves crashing against the shore and bask in the golden hues of sunrise. The additional bedrooms offer equally serene retreats, with a double bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests, and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs!



Kitchen:

We have a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel microwave and stove, as well as a refrigerator, perfect for preparing delicious meals or a quick post-beach snack. All dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils are provided.



Our open dining area is ideal for enjoying meals together with loved ones while taking in the mesmerizing ocean views.



Oceanfront Living Room:

With ocean views and a huge flat-screen TV, our comfortable living room invites you to cozy movie nights or unwinding after a day of exploration. There is also free Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected as much (or as little) as you like.

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

*No pets allowed.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am.

*This unit is located on the 7th floor with elevator access.

*All indoor pools are open year round, unless unscheduled maintenance is needed.

*Outdoor hot tub is open year. (SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE- concrete repairs will take place through May 15, 2026. The outdoor hot tub may be closed for a day or two during this time.)

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in.

*No golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*Motorcycles are permitted, but require one parking pass.

*Stackable washer/dryer.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Two parking passes provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.-No golf carts/trailers allowed.

*Clearance for Vehicles is max 7'6"

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
