Time to book your 2026 trip to the Hill Country! You're gonna love this beautiful spacious one story home on a quiet Cove within walking distance of Cody Park on the lake. Very serene neighborhood with little to no traffic in site or sound. Walk to a golf/disc course, the beach and boat ramp at Cody Park or check out some of the local Restaurants/brewery. For more; take a day trip to Fredericksburg, check out Dripping Springs and their many distilleries or stay local for zip lining, boat rentals, local golf courses and the Balcones Nature Preserve.
If your looking for a nice quiet get away, we have your spot. Connie & Cal are long time 'Super Hosts' from other properties and understand what it takes to provide a great experience.
This property is a home in a quite residential neighborhood. Noise or unruly behavior will not be tolerated and could result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Please care for our home the way you would like someone to care for your own.

Our hosts were so wonderful & communicated very well. Thank you Cal & Connie. The home is gorgeous and we had everything we needed.We spent 4 days during the week of Christmas to see family. We were extremely pleased to have chosen their beautiful home in Lago Vista.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and the owners were very friendly! This house was very clean & in a gorgeous neighborhood. The backyard was quite an oasis, you could sit on the back porch and watch the deer come by in the mornings. There were deer all over the neighborhood. It was an excellent home to relax in and enjoy time with family! I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Property

This is a very nice home. Nicely decorated and very clean with a wonderful backyard setting and patio. Great location to visit sights in Austin to the east and Texas hill country towns to the west.

Wonderful home

In the area to attend a family wedding and this home was in the perfect location to visit friends and family and close to the wedding venue. It is delightfully charming and very well stocked. You will feel like you are home. Will absolutely stay here again when we return to the area. Thanks to Cal for his outstanding communication and flexibility.

Great Stay

We had a great stay! Cal & Connie thought of everything to make their home comfortable for anyone/everyone. Beds, linens, kitchen, backyard amenities and everything else needed was ready for us. Can’t wait to go back to Serenity in Texas!

Amazing stay!

An absolute amazing stay, the house is beautiful and the location is amazing. There are deer that will let you hand feed them and the parking and safety of the area is excellent. The hosts are beyond extraordinary, they communicate very throughly, added a personal feel to the stay. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Will be staying here again definitely.

Great place!

We go to Lago Vista every year for 4th of July weekend. This was our first time staying at this house and it did not disappoint. The house was nice and clean. A major plus was the communication with the owner. He made sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly.

Words can’t express how happy we were! The house was turn key ready! Everything you’d need in a home plus more. Nice and quiet. If we’re ever in the area again I would definitely stay there and highly recommend their home! Cal and Connie were great host! I only wish we could have chatted more with them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This home is so beautiful! The owners have done a fantastic job making it comfortable and convenient. All you need are clothes, personal items and food. Everything you could need is already there... plus some personal touches you would never think to bring. The master bathroom has a giant walk in shower plus a ball and claw tub that even comes with bubble bath! The outdoor space is so tranquil and nice. It rains all day one of the days we were there... didn't matter. We all had plenty of room to gather and play games and visit. The lake is just a couple of blocks away and there's a beach, playground and boat launch we had free access to. Honestly, the pictures don't do it justice!! It is WAY nicer than it looked. We will definitely be back again!!

We have been Hosts for over ten years and love to provide our guests a great experience. We live very close to the house so interaction is possible only if desired. However if you need something we are close to help with area info, restaurant suggestions etc.

This home is hosted by Cal & Connie, Super Hosts for over ten years in another state. It's 2100 square feet and freshly decorated with most any amenity you could ask for. 3 bedrooms, an office with Cat5 internet @200+Mbps and two full baths, master has claw foot soaking tub. Connie is a self made chef, so the kitchen is set up for creativity. If it's not here just ask, we are just across the street and probably have it or can get it (with in reason of course).
