Lake Travis Retreat - Water View

This is a family friendly property, not a party venue!!

3 Bedroom/3 bath, three story townhouse in Point Venture on the North Shore of Lake Travis/Sleeps 10

The main level has a king size bed and full bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room and large outdoor deck with patio table, gas grill. Deck has beautiful lake views and is great for deer watching while enjoying your favorite beverage. The lower bedroom has 2 queen beds, full bathroom and utility room with washer and dryer. This level also has a large covered deck with access to a greenbelt area. The upper bedroom has 2 queen beds full bathroom and sun deck with great lake views. Includes Wi-Fi and smart TV’s in the living room and main floor decks for streaming. All other TV’s get local channels only.

Our neighborhood has access to a 50+ acre gated park area with boat ramp, covered pavilion, picnic tables, bbq grills, playground, basketball court and is a great place to enjoy evening sunsets. Other amenities include a junior olympic size swimming pool, tennis courts, 9 hole golf course, workout room and library. If you like wildlife our neighborhood has an abundance of deer that love to be fed.

The floating restaurant in the neighborhood is Captain Pete’s and is open daily. They have a ship store and sell gas.

The Caddie Shack is a sports bar in the neighborhood that is connected to the golf club. They have multiple big screen TV’s, pool, shuffle board and live music from 7-10 on the weekends and it is a kid friendly environment.

Great for family get togethers, girls weekends and romantic getaways. Experience why our family loves calling this place our home away from home.

Graduation weekend! Point venture hit the spot!

We got in Friday afternoon and everything was as expected, rooms were good size, furniture was comfortable, there was enough kitchen utensils and cookware for whatever we needed. The Balconies were the best part!If we go back to Point Venture, we will stay here!

Placencia’s and grandma Gordon’s fabulous visit

We can't say enough amazing things about this place in point venture. Even though it rained there was the golf club , where the whole family can go .There was a variety of games for all the family it was a blast.

Fun time for all

We enjoyed our stay at Point Venture! The pool was a daily place for us in the record breaking heat. The house was a good fit for our family of 8. Clean, accommodating and comfortable.

Great time

Had a wonderful week! I have never seen as many deer!!! The unit was comfortable and everything we needed was provided. Working with the owner was amazing. She was quick to answer any questions and went over and above to help us.

Amazing host and location

This house was absolutely gorgeous and the host went above and beyond to make sure we knew all about the area and the activities available. She was extremely helpful when we had questions and quick to respond. The views are amazing especially from the top balcony and the wildlife is very friendly. Make sure you buy apples and carrots or fruit or vegetables to feed the 20 Plus deer that show up at least twice a day.

Great location!

This place was perfect for our party of 9. The neighborhood in which it’s nestled in is incredibly quiet which was nice. The location was beautiful- had great views of Lake Travis. The home was very clean! The only “small” downside was the drive to get to a store. I’d stay here again but stop on our way in so we don’t have to make a run to the local grocery store. The agent/owner was amazing and very responsive when I had questions.

Birthday Celebrations

We absolutely enjoyed everything! We cooked. We visited. We celebrated 4 birthdays. The house was very comfortable, as were the beds. The deck on the main floor was great. Nice table and chairs, a fan, lights. A great grill we used for steaks! Indoor dining around a large table was perfect for family. Just a very nice home to enjoy a family gathering.

Point venture stay

Stayed out here several times, always enjoy it. The house was very comfortable for our group, clean. Nice to have patios on each level and outside in front. Had a great time with the family. Just a heads up wear water shoes to the beach area at the park. Our kids got cut up being stubborn not wanting to wear them, they learned quick after getting bloodied up on their feet. Besides that great time!

Great Place to Stay

Our party of 8 (5 adults, 3 kids) was in town for a wedding west of Austin. The property was perfect for our all our needs. We had plenty of space and sleeping arrangements were not a problem. The kitchen was functional and had more than adequate silverware and plates for our needs. The property was exactly what we wanted. In hindsight, I would not have changed anything. 5 stars!

Wonderful Stay!!!

We just checked out of this townhouse for the weekend and will be booking it again for next year! The 6 of us take a weekend trip every year for my birthday and this is by far the best place we have stayed! All of us absolutely loved it, truly cannot say enough good things. It is exceptionally clean and well stocked. The biggest problem I have with rentals is that all the cookware/kitchen utensils are practically unusable, but this place had all we needed and more and all of it was in great shape! Needed to communicate with the owner a couple of times and she was quick to respond and easy to talk to. Can’t say enough great things! Can’t wait to stay again!

Spring break getaway

This property was just as described. We found the place without difficulty and it was easy to access. I was surprised to find that the owners thought of everything. We brought games and folding chairs , but they had them already. The deer were plentiful and it was nice to wake up to them. We have no complaints other than we would have preferred a Keureg over the regular coffee maker. We would love to rent this property again.

Wished We Could Stay Longer

The property is beautiful and the Condo was clean and pleanty of room for the 10 of us. Lots to do on the lake, pool, golf, but we flew to TX for a family wedding and weren't able to enjoy everything on the property. Only downside is the market / coffee was a good 15 min drive away. Also, when booking the property we didn't have the exact location so our drive to the church and reception was 40min away (and that was with minimal traffic). So we did a lot more driving than expected. Next time we would love to have more time to enjoy the lake, rent a boat and relax.

Great location & space

This is the 3rd place we’ve stayed in Oiint Venture. Love them all. Loved the location of this one being right next to tennis courts & short distance to the marina. Teens & adults had a blast! Great for a big parties. Everything you need & very spacious. Love the patios on every floor!
