Unwind at Rezzy Rhode for a beautiful New England getaway! This two-family house boasts a modern rustic feel, 1/2 mile from First Beach and a 5 minute drive from downtown Newport guests have the chance to enjoy the best of both worlds. The top level of this home comes fully equipped with ample parking, outdoor space and plenty of room to lounge/entertain. The place is the top level of a two-family home with a separate private entrance and keyless entry. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a daybed with two twin beds. There are also three couches in the very large living room, two of which are big enough for adults to sleep on. There is also an air mattress for additional guests. There are two bathrooms in the house, a full bath in the master bedroom and another full bath off of the hallway. A private deck sits off the back of the house with a great setup for lounging and awesome sunset views. Full kitchen and dining room open up to the living room. There`s laundry dedicated to the unit and a shared yard with access to a grill. If interested, the entire house can be rented (if available) with a door we can unlock to connect the two units on the inside. The other unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom and can sleep 6 more (queen bed, two twins, and a queen sofa sleeper). There`s also a full kitchen, additional laundry and a private patio dedicated to the bottom unit. Lots of space in this big home for whatever your needs may be!
