Thank you for your comment, we’re sorry you didn’t like the stay. We provide all the basics our customers need from wine glasses, to cups, to bowls, to plates. We do have large mixing bowls, perhaps you didn’t find them? Please reach out to us during your stay if you can’t find them. Many of our customers who decide to cook typically ask us in preparation to see what we have as well. All the trash cans in the house are thoroughly cleaned with the exception of the laundry room’s. The laundry room trash bin is rarely used other than for lint and basic cleaning trash. The cleaners don’t empty that trash can every time as our guests don’t typically use that trash can. Nonetheless we apologize for your experience and will take note. The vast majority of our guests have loved our stay and rebooked with us.

We usually send the address and check-in details one day before the guest checks in, so that the guest can check in more easily. Usually, Vrbo also displays the address. Each room's bed settled a comforter and more than one blanket in each room's wardrobe. As for the bed, our guests who have been staying for a long time did not break buy a bed and prepare it for the guest who will check in the next day, which has made us very busy. We did not ask you for compensation. Our guests who have been staying for so long do not have these issue .We will solve any problems as soon as possible to make it perfect
