Come relax at the lake!
Located on Lake Norman with a private dock—in a great location! You are just seconds away to open water, yet situated in a large cove that’s perfect for swimming with the kids.

Dock allows you to tie up your boat, jump in for a swim, or take in the sunset.

Cabin sleeps 10; with 3 bedrooms (6 beds), plus open loft with sleeper sofa, and 2 full bathrooms. Vaulted ceilings with gorgeous beams add to the charm. A fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, indoor and outdoor dining areas make this an easy choice for your next getaway.

The back deck is a great spot anytime of day, lots of seating is provided, so sit back and relax!

Cabin is perfectly situated on a quiet road with lots of mature trees. There is parking for 5 vehicles and it’s 1 mile to the nearest Publix and restaurants. You will feel like you’re a world away—even though it’s only a few minutes to many conveniences!

Refreshing

Everything was as described. House was clean and had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Location is close to grocery store and other stores, but tucked back out of the busy area. Beautiful location on the lake. We rented a boat for 3 days and we were able to leave it at the dock on the property. My adult kids loved being able to fish from the dock and relax on the water. Emily was great with information on places to eat and things to do.

Great overall

This cabin is in a perfect location, you feel like you’re deep in the woods and secluded, but you’re 3 mins from Publix. The doc is excellent, offering a place to swim and launch kayaks and space for your boat at the same time. It’s very peaceful from morning to evening. The Cabin itself is very spacious for a little log cabin and the partially finished basement was an attraction for my young teens and their friends to hang out away from Mom and Dad. The furnishings we tasteful and the sympathy was comfortable overall. The kitchen was equipped to allow us to make a couple meals for the whole group without issue. A few things about the outdoor equipment could use some attention, the grill was very difficult to get going and some of the outdoor seating was either broken or awkward. The lighting situation worked out, but didn’t work as described on the laminated instructions. It seemed like Alexa needed a hard reset on the controls… Overall the things that needed attention were very much outweighed by the niceness of everything else in the house and the owner was responsive. The entire family and friend group had a wonderful time and I highly recommend this place for your own lake retreat!

Blended Family Lake Getaway!

This was our 2nd blended family vacation (our 4 kids range from 27 to 16 years old) and the location was a hit. The inside had great relaxing space for a movie night when it rained, a big table for card games and dinner. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and loved that the primary was upstairs. The deck had great furniture and we used the grill. We enjoyed the fire pit making s’mores and the dock was fun for the kids to jump into the lake from and us old folks enjoy coffee at. Loved our blended family getaway!

Beautiful home, great location

Where this property is located is perfect! One mile from a public boat launch (which is at the Lake Norman Motel), big new Publix right around the corner, and several other businesses and restaurants. The house is spacious and beautiful just like the pictures. The fire pit, dock, and deck are great. The owners of the property are extremely responsive and helpful. The only ‘negative’ (and it really is not negative) is the basement. The space is huge and another refrigerator down there would have been great, and a pool table vs foosball. BUT we weren’t there to hang out in the basement we were enjoying the lovely outdoors and view. Would absolutely choose this property again.

Beautiful Lake House

Great location on a quiet cove and in a convenient area of Lake Norman. Very peaceful spot and a beautiful view from the deck and house windows. Would return in a heartbeat!

Holiday trip

Great location. Feels secluded but quick drive to grocery store and restaurants. Property manager was able to accommodate last minute request. Hope to stay there again in the future .

Lovely Thanksgiving with family

Our Thanksgiving at this cabin was so relaxing! Located in a quiet cove on Lake Norman, we enjoyed peace and quiet and special family time. The home is very well appointed; we had everything we needed and if we were without something, a nice Publix grocery was 5 min away. The beds were very comfortable and check-in/check-out was very easy. Communication with the owner was very easy and they responded quickly. We will definitely book again next time we are in the area!

Perfect Getaway

A small group of girlfriends and I stayed over the weekend at the cabin and it’s such a great place. Easy access off the interstate, close to restaurants, clean, cozy vibes and on a quiet cove. Felt like we were off the grid yet so close to anything needed. We used the fire pit and kayaks (so fun). We enjoyed sitting on the porch each morning and evening. Great views! We walked the neighborhood for some exercise and it’s a very quiet place with sweet neighbors. Such a special place. We hope to be back.

Fun and relaxing lake property

Perfect Lake House Vacation

This house was a perfect pick! Our first time staying at Lake Norman. The grounds are lovely with lots of trees for shade but also just enough sun. We enjoyed sitting on the dock and using the kayaks to explore the area. Location is very convenient as Publix is five minutes away as are other great places to eat. House was clean. Emily the host was very responsive and answered all of my many questions. The deck is huge and where we spent much of our time. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Great Stay!

My husband, 13 month old and I all had a great stay on Lake Norman! We were only there for a couple nights for a short getaway but could have definitely stayed longer to enjoy the area more. We enjoyed fishing from the dock (caught a MASSIVE 40 pound catfish) and the location was very peaceful. Thanks again!

The Ones That Got Away - Came here for work 10 years ago, but life took their family elsewhere...they will be back, someday!

The unfinished basement is a great extra space, the ceilings are tall, so you never feel cramped. Foosball table adds a little fun for kids (and adults!).
