We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations, and we understand how frustrating it can be when comfort features like the heat and spa aren’t working as anticipated. After your first night, we were glad to hear you were able to get the Nest thermostat working. When you later let us know you were having trouble again, we immediately arranged for a technician to come out to the property to address it. Unfortunately, we were unable to complete that visit at the time, but we did make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Regarding the hot tub temperature, we recognize how important that amenity is to the overall experience. We took your feedback seriously and have since corrected the heating issue to ensure it is fully operational and reaching proper temperatures for future guests. We regret that your stay was cut short and that we didn’t have the opportunity to fully resolve everything while you were still at the home. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention, as it helped us make improvements.
