Relaxing Sunny Villa with Extra Large Pool Deck Overlooking Great Golf View

This sunny, clean home has everything you need to make your stay carefree and comfortable. No expense has been spared in ensuring this home provides a comfortable vacation base. This fully air conditioned villa sleeps up to 8 persons, providing 4 spacious bedrooms over two floors. Perfect for two families, teenagers, or friends due to the extra privacy this assures. This villa has one of the largest pool decks in Southern Dunes with a sparkling blue pool, plenty of padded pool furniture, a new furniture set with umbrella, and an outdoor dining table. If the sun is shining, you will get it all day as there is an extra 12 feet added to the back of the pool deck and 9 feet to the southern side, but three umbrellas to escape the sun as well. This villa offers fast wireless internet access with free calls within US and Canada, a brand new propane barbeque for your convenience, a washing machine with separate dryer, iron and ironing board. All utensils, bedding, linens and towels are provided to ensure you the perfect vacation home.

Forest Hills Villa:
As you walk up to the entrance of the villa the scene is set as you notice two Caribbean chairs with wine/coffee table outside the front of the house.
The kitchen is to your left and in front of you is the spacious family room with patio doors looking onto the private pool and enormous pool deck. Watch the golfers on the adjacent 16th green or soak in the rays.

The kitchen:
A bright room due to the large picture window looking out to the long front garden. Here you will find a tall table with stools, a perfect place for that morning coffee, as you check your emails and plan your day. All the appliances you will need - oven, fridge/freezer (with water and ice maker), microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, can opener, toaster and coffee maker.

The family room:
Another bright room, due to the extra-large Pella Patio door which offers a low E Argon Sun Defense to keep the home cool but still enjoy looking onto the private pool. Plenty of seating on leather cream sofas, a ceiling fan, Samsung LCD/LED 60” flat screen HD television. To the rear of the room is a family sized dinner table; a great place to enjoy a family meal.

The master bedroom:
This lovely bedroom has new furniture, a king bed with pillow top mattress, dressers, 40" Samsung Smart HD cabled television with Internet, ceiling fan and views of the pool deck. The ensuite bathroom has a double shower, his and her sinks plus a separate toilet. The room also benefits from a walk in closet.

Main Floor Second Bedroom:
New Queen bed, walk in closet, bedside table with reading light and easy access phone chargers. Around the corner is a full bathroom with an overhead shower in the bath.

Upstairs:
Depending on your party, can provide a separate base for older children, friends or another family.
The upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed with a new Nectar mattress, luxury bedding, ample lighting and furniture, floor fan and cabled television.
The fourth bedroom has two twin/single beds. cabled television, plenty of drawers, floor fan, overhead bed lights and walk in wardrobe.

Family bathroom:
Benefits from a walk in shower, toilet and sink with vanity unit. In the vanity unit you will find a hairdryer, curling tongs and straighteners. Colored towels are also provided for use around the pool and in the water parks.

Large private screened pool:
One of the largest pool decks on Southern Dunes.
You will have your own private sparkling blue west facing pool. Plus to ensure all day sunshine we have added 12 foot to the back of the pool deck and 9 foot to the southern side. This space is covered with a pool frame. With plenty of padded pool furniture, new seating area set, 3 umbrellas and an outdoor dining table. This area provides the perfect environment for enjoying the Florida lifestyle, from swimming in the private pool to watching the stunning sunsets.

Pool heat recommended during colder months (Nov-Apr) at an additional fee of $100/week.
