For all self-catering we have apartments with fully equipped kitchen. The 6-person apartment is a self-contained unit with at least 2 rooms, each with a double bed and extra bed. These apartments are located partly on the garden side. Variant 1 Ap. 10 has 1 bedroom with double bed (garden side), 1 bedroom with bunk bed (street side), 1 living room with sofa bed (for up to 2 people, street side) and TV, 1 kitchen with seating (garden side) and 1 bathroom with shower bath. This apartment is located on the ground floor of the main house. Wi-Fi available. Variant 2 Ap. 40 has 1 bedroom with double bed (garden side), 1 bedroom with double bed and sofa bed (for up to 2 people, street side), 1 kitchen with seating and TV, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 bathroom with toilet and sink and 1 conservatory with seating. This apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of the annex (Kavalierhaus) with direct access to the garden and its own small terrace. No Wi-Fi available. Kitchen - with coffee machine, kettle, toaster, stove, refrigerator, dishes, dishtowel, dishwashing liquid Internet - free wifi in the main house, ap. 40 is in the annexe and has no Wi-Fi access Practical - laundry on request in the house possible, breakfast can be booked Good to know - 1x linen per stay included, 1x towels per stay included, hairdryer at the reception free of charge for hire, children and Extra beds are available, Duvets in all rooms, on request without quilts possible, Pets are not allowed, Smoking is not allowed in the entire house, Bike rental possible In the apartments with kitchen, the kitchens are to be completely cleaned before departure. A final cleaning of the kitchen can be booked for 60,00 €.  In case of disregard 60,00 € become due. We are happy to accept your wishes for variant 1 or 2, but can not guarantee to be able to fulfill the request. The indicated price refers to 2 persons. A use for 3 adults is possible on request.

The apartment house Kaiser Friedrich is conveniently located in the midst of single and multi-family houses in the district of Potsdam-Eiche. The spacious garden plot invites you to linger, the New Palace is within walking distance and the bike path Lindenallee is located in the immediate vicinity behind the house. In all holiday apartments with kitchen you can enjoy the view of the garden and the adjoining field. Half of our apartments were renovated in early 2019, and the renovation of all apartments will be completed by the beginning of 2020.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 06:00 to 11:00.
