The "Atelier II", a cozy bright studio apartment with large glass front into the green, kitchenette and large terrace with garden and barbecue.

You can park your car comfortably and safely with us. Without a car? We are happy to pick you up from the airport Hamburg or from the train in Lübeck. You can choose the appropriate option when booking.

Then you are exactly right in the FUNCKYHOME of the Funck family. With us you live at the gate to the nature reserve Sielbektal with view on the Naturmoorsee at our Pferdeweide. You cycle to the Baltic Sea in about 25 minutes. If you are in the mood for tourism in Timmendorfer Strand, you are immediately in the thick of it. If you prefer to enjoy the tranquility in the evening with a good glass of wine on the terrace and listen to the crickets, then you simply cycle back home.

We are happy to organize tickets for the open-air stage in Bad Segeberg for Winnetou or exclusive events in Hamburg, Timmendorfer Strand or Lübeck.

The location: Your FUNCKYHOME are located 10 minutes drive from Timmendorfer Strand in the countryside in the north of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck. If you are not a Tour de France participant, you will need about twice the time on a bike. For this you drive on our beautiful bike paths in the middle of northern German villages, meadows and fields. Our village Sereetz in the municipality Ratekau is small, but perfectly connected: In 5 minutes you can reach the shopping center LUV with all shopping possibilities, in 15 minutes the Hanseatic city of Lübeck, if it should be culture.
