The uniqueness of this property comes from its location 📍 that is exceptional as it is right in the center of the old Antibes town. Right outside the door of the building and within 2-5 minutes maximum walk, one can find bars, restaurants, bakeries 🥐, boutiques, the Picasso museum, the cathedral and the Provencal market that has been voted one of the 10 best market in Europe. Should you decide to travel with a car 🚘, the parking is located 7 minutes walk from TERRASSE DES REMPARTS and the train station that will bring you to Nice, Cannes and Monaco (amongst other towns) is 15 minutes walk.
But it also is about its terrace. Whether it will be a coffee before going to the beach, a light meal at lunch time when the sun is too high or an aperitif before having fun in town, it is an outdoor area that is unique in the old town. You will surely love it as much as we do ❤️!

🔎 The property has a washing machine with integrated dryer that can be used at any time during your stay and is your sole use. Iron and small iron table are also available for your use.
There's also an Apple TV should you want to access your purchase from your account.
It has an HD ready TV sourced by Orange cable TV and has few foreign channels, in addition Netflix and a Marshall bluetooth speaker to connect your device.
The kitchen is very well-equipped and has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal or a quick-to-go meal.

Old Antibes is a little hidden gem 💎 that is located between Nice and Cannes and is unique in the way as it has everything for everyone: quick access to neighbour towns (the train station has trains every 5 minutes to various towns), boutiques and shops, restaurants and bars (day and night), art boutiques and museum (Picasso museum), beach (the closest one, la Plage de la gravette, is 7 minutes walk and is sandy - further private and public beaches can be found within 10-12 minutes walk), walking path (the walk around Cap d'Antibes is nothin short of superb)

🚊 TRAIN - the SNCF train station is located 15 minutes away walking and goes to every town you want along the cost from Aix-en-Provence to Monaco, Eze, Villefranche-sur-mer, Nice, Cannes and more.
🚎 BUS - whether going to the airport (bus 250 would bring you to Antibes) or to inland towns (Vence, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Biot, Grasse...), buses are running regularly.
🚘 CAR - there are several parkings. The closest public parking is 7 minutes walk and offers weekly pass for less than 10 Euros per day. The closest free parking is 20 minutes walk away.

IN THE HIGH SEASON PERIOD JUNE 14th - SEPTEMBER 2nd THE STREET IN FRONT OF THE APARTMENT IS CONVERTED TO A PEDESTRIAN ZONE AND CARS CANNOT ENTER FROM 🕕18.00H - 🕐1.00H.

If you want to unload in front of the apartment please make sure to arrive by 17.00h in the afternoon. You must have moved the car out of the old town by 18.00 latest.

When leaving at regular checkout-time you should have no restrictions to load your baggage 🧳 into the car in front of the apartment.

No matter at what time the possibilities of parking on the street in front of the building are very limited. A fast unloading and loading is necessary in any case.

Please note this for a smooth arrival and departure with lots of luggage in the car.
