The Blue Pearl (LOWER UNIT not the whole house LOWER UNIT ONLY) is a brand new vacation home (July 2022) conveniently located a 5 minute walk away from the main beach in Grand Bend. Shops and restaurants are at your doorstop! Your rental includes the entire LOWER UNIT of the house with separate entrance. It contains 1 BEDROOM , 1 living room with a sleeping sofa, (The Blue Pearl Beach House sleeps 4 in total), 1 fully stocked kitchen, a washroom with a shower/tub combo, laundry facilities and a large covered backyard space with a BBQ. Enjoy all of the comforts of home, all within steps from a renowned Blue Flag beach. Whether you are coming to enjoy the beach, the fantastic sunsets over Lake Huron or the snowshoeing, skiing and hiking at the local Pinery Provincial Park, this gorgeous, brand new 4 season vacation home, is ready to welcome you!

Owner kicked my daughter and friends out because he said “I was not there with them” When I was at the beach the whole time and my husband told him that aswell. Will not be going back, He was watching them on the cameras the whole time.

Great Location!

You cannot beat the location of this property! It is within very short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars (less than 10 minute walk to the beach); yet you’re separated from all the action so no worries about late night noise. The property itself is great. The unit was either recently built or renovated so everything is new and modern. The owner was very prompt in her communication so made the booking, check-in and check-out easy. If I were to point out a couple of items: 1) there were no hangers in the unit (luckily there’s a dollar store nearby); 2) the bedroom could use a night table (there’s a dresser on one side of the bed but nothing on the other - and there is plenty of room to fit a night table. Finally, the listing states it’s a 2 bedroom when in fact it’s really a 1 bedroom with a pullout couch in the family room. This did not affect us but if there are four people booking, they should be aware what is meant by “2-bedroom”

Perfect location, minutes away from the beach. Perfect for a couple or a small family. Very clean, modern basement appartement with a walk out to spacious deck with bbq and outdoor seating. Very accommodating and lovely host.

A Great Stay!

This was our first booking with Vrbo and the experience was excellent. The unit was very clean, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive! Definitely recommend and would book again!

We liked it very much, clean and convenient. Wish I hade been ready for the Keurig so morning coffee was a bit of a hit and miss. Would prefer 2 full bedrooms next time as a sofa bed doesn't always suit but we made it work:)

Great getaway with the kiddos

Everything was great. The house was spotless and had everything me and the two kids needed to enjoy a nice weekend getaway. We spent most of our day on the beach but we did take a little break back at the house for dinner and rest. Was lovely to be walking distance to the beach and all the cute shops. Kids asked to come back, so it was a win in my books!

Our family of 4 stayed at the Blue Pearl Beach House in August 2023 and we highly recommend it to anybody who wants to be in the heart of Grand Bend! The location is perfect, just a short 7 min walk to the main beach, and right off the main strip with all of its restaurants and shops. It's also within walking distance to Tim Hortons, Pizza Hut, The Beer Store and Circle K Convenience store. There is also a Sobeys, LCBO, and Shoppers Drug Mart within a 4 minute drive from the beach house. The property itself was brand new, very clean and organized. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need for your stay. The living area was spacious and bright, with a walk out directly to the backyard sitting area that has a table, chairs and a BBQ for your enjoyment. The owner was very responsive and friendly throughout our trip, going over and above on many of our requests which we were very grateful for. By far the best stay we have had in Grand Bend so far. We highly recommend the Blue Pearl for your next family vacation!

Blue Pearl Stay

The Blue Pearl is a must stay for your trip to Grand Bend. The location was great (short stroll to the beach), the space is bright, clean, and friendly and the hosts were very accommodating! The space came fully stocked with kitchen supplies and a BBQ for use. We will certainly be looking to book again our next stay. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

perfect getaway & location

We had a great time during our stay! We go to grand bend quite often and were looking for something that very close walking distance to the beach like this and was steps away from all of the shops & restaurants. Our host was very easy to get ahold of and gave us a list of great restaurants and things to do while we were there. Looking forward to going back next year!
