This idyllic and cozy Skipperhaus is tucked away in one of the most beautiful streets in Groningen. In the middle of the hustle and bustle of the train station and Hereweg lies the village district where the Sophiastraat is located. Within walking distance of the bustling center of Groningen, the train station and numerous restaurants and cafes and yet in the tranquility of this characteristic residential area in the super-beautiful district of Oosterpoort.

The house has a nice light through the two large windows at the front of the living room. In addition, the authentic rays reflect throughout the house and create a cozy atmosphere.
On the ground floor there is a bright living room with kitchen, equipped with everything you need (4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle). Benden is a hall, a bathroom with shower and the stairs in the living room. At the front there is a bench (not in the photo) so you can sit outside in the sun. In the 1. Floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds. There is also the washing machine which you can of course use.
