"Peace of Pawleys" Is truly the place to be for a relaxing vacation for all types. Located directly on the creek in Pawleys Island this home provides a great stay for anyone who wants to be off the beaten path but centrally located. This home features 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The Master bedroom features a Sliding glass door out onto the balcony with seating. The back porch is screened in with ceiling fans and seating. This leads to the deck with a pellet and gas grill (guests provide gas) and picnic table. Additional amenities include full size washer and dryer, Cable TV, WIFI, fire pit and 4 kayaks. Guests can launch a kayak in the creek and be in the water in a matter of minutes. Kayak along the south end of Pawleys and enjoy all this might just catch a flounder if you are one of the lucky ones.

Located in the heart of Pawleys Island, this unit will provide you with a comfortable place to stay while you explore all that the area has to offer. The Hammock Coast of South Carolina offers wonderful dining, award winning golf courses, unique shopping experiences and of course, pristine beaches!

Peace of mind

Very quiet neighborhood. The inlet behind the house was perfect for crabbing. Plenty of parking. The only negative thing I noticed was the upstairs shower needs slip resistant strips on the shower floor. Two people slipped in shower.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was spacious and clean, and the location while a bit of a trek was gorgeous and still within a few minutes driving distance from the actual island. It was perfect for a few families vacationing together. While most things were perfect, I was disappointed in the lack of amenities (paper towels, trash bags, hair dryer, etc.), especially at this price.

Peace at Pawleys weekend stay

Overall stay was great— however some notes— ceiling light fell in kitchen, hole discovered in floor by doors leading to outside (rug covering up) .. overall description of house was correct however a better description on site regarding bedroom layout ( which bedrooms contained what) and better pics on website of layout would be helpful—and BTW you can’t “walk” to Pawleys plantation — description says 5 min walk

The house is large, and we especially liked the screened in back porch. We were able to launch kayaks off the dock and paddle directly to south end of the creek. This was our first rental with TideLife and the office staff were very kind & professional.

I actually loved how many beds were in the bedrooms and was perfect for a big family or multiple families. I loved that it was right on the water and in a quiet neighborhood. The mosquitoes were a pest but that’s the south for you... Would definitely stay again!

"Peace of Pawleys" Great Location!

My 3 generation family of 8 enjoyed our stay at "Peace of Pawleys". The rooms are large and included 2 porches, a new Smokey Joe grill and an outside shower hose for after the beach. The location on the creek with 4 kayaks was wonderful for this family vacation. However, the kitchen was not as well stocked as I have experienced at other VRBO's throughout South Carolina and Georgia, e.g., grilling tools, silverware, spices. The only suggestion I could make would be to improve communication between the owner and the manager. We were told that the house had a gas grill but it was a charcoal grill (had to go buy charcoal for this) and a smoker grill that we did not know how to use. One other comment I should make is that we arrived during low tide and thought that the creek had dried up and we would not get to use the kayaks listed in the advertisement. We were delighted when the water filled back in and enjoyed the marsh scenery and birds as we paddled along. We had a great time!
