Step directly from My Siesta Beachfront onto one of the top rated beaches in the world. You can walk, run or bike for miles on powdery, white sand. View gorgeous Gulf of Mexico sunsets from your lanai. Watch dolphins in the Gulf.

Walk or take free transport to Siesta Village for restaurants, shops, services (e.g. massage) and nightlife (e.g. live music).

Available for rent May - October ONLY. Not available November - April.

Local (20-30 minute drive) attractions include Myakka State Park, Mote Marine, Ringling Museum, Legacy Trail, Sarasota Jungle Gardens and St Armands Circle.

It was amazing! This was our 4th year in a row on these same dates as my wife and daughter’s birthday land on this week. This property was by far the best yet! It was a little pricey but the location, view, layout I don’t think it gets any better than this in Siesta! I wrote my host to reserve for next year same week!

Relaxing, awesome stay.

We love the condo! The location is awesome, beach is right there. Everyday we get to witness an awesome sunset. The area is quiet, very relaxing. The condo is well equipped with all the amenities. The kitchen made it really easy for us to cook our own meals. The beds are comfortable. The ceiling fans in all rooms is a plus - makes it cooler to sleep. Lynn, our host is very helpful, responds fast with inquiries. Definitely worth it.

Amazing family vacation

We always go to siesta key for the summer but now that the kids are grown up o need something spacious and the. Villa was “IT” Roomy great beach views and just simply breathtaking Definitely staying next year !!!

Great Location Perfect For Families

Beautiful rental property just steps from your door to the sand. Exactly as the pictures looked and the description described. Overall, the best rental I have stayed in for the past 20 years. Will definitely return with the family!

Amazing location

My wife, 8 year old daughter, and 80 year old mother all loved this place! The house was perfectly clean and had an abundance of kitchenware. The outdoor living areas were very comfortable, and the weber grill a bonus! The beach is literally right out your back door, with well-maintained lounge and sitting chairs available for the community. The atmosphere was wonderful and the sunsets amazing! We'll definitely be back to this gem in Siesta Key!

This is a dream beach house right on the beach with gorgeous views. This gave us a glimpse?of paradise with all the amenities a person could need and a very clean place to stay. It was so easy to rent, all of the communications were so friendly and helpful. We had to email about a lost pool fob and the timeliness, professionalism and friendliness was top notch.

A Beautiful Birthday!

After many years of staying at Aloha Kai, I couldn’t wait to spend my 60th birthday celebration with my family! Our place was the perfect combination of lots of memories and an amazing place to stay! No detail left unturned! Between the gorgeous beachfront setting and the awesome home environment, I couldn’t have asked for more! We will be back for sure! The home is comfortable, well appointed and everything you need for a great vacation stay! Loved it and can’t wait for another trip!!

Comfortable Getaway on a Beautiful Beach

There are very few 4 bedroom rental homes right on the beach - this house filled the bill for us! It was very comfortable, we had plenty of room for everyone plus it was easy to get to the beach with all of our supplies and easy to go back to the house if we needed anything. This house has been renovated with comfort in mind - from the flooring to the appliances. The a/c system worked wonderfully and having 2 1/2 baths was great. The owner answered my questions quickly and check-in was easy. This house is part of a gated community and it really felt like a community on the beach which was not crowded but was enjoyed by those living or renting in the community. Our grandchildren had lots of other children to play with and we had many conversations with those who set up their EZ Ups near us. Everyone came outside for the sunsets (some of which were not great because of the weather) but people still gathered at that time of day with adults and kiddos playing various games together. This was a wonderful house for our family needs and an absolutely wonderful getaway that we will remember for years to come.

The property was beautiful, well maintained and in a perfect location.

This property is amazing! The pictures on the site do not do it justice. The property is extremely well kept, clean and has everything you need to cook and serve a large group of people. Unfortunately, our vacation was ruined by a Red Tide. If you are unfamiliar with Red Tide, do some research before vacationing in the Gulf of Mexico. It stinks and causes sneezing and coughing in healthy people. If you have asthma or other serious respiratory issues, it can cause serious harm. It also kills fish by the millions that washed ashore and filled the waterways. We couldn’t swim, fish or even lay on the beach due to the smell of rotting fish carcasses. This is no fault of the property owner of course, but vacationers should be made aware of a red tide possibiliy. Now that we are educated about red tide, we will certainly do our research before vacationing in the Gulf.

Loved our stay at Aloha Kai!!

This was our first trip to Siesta Keys. We are a family of 6 with 2 boys(13 &14), & 2 girls (9 & 11). The condo was VERY clean and beautifully decorated. The layout was perfect. The boys had one side & the girls, my husband and I had the other. 2 bedrooms have beachviews & so does the open kitchen & living room. The kitchen was big enough to cook in & had everything we needed to prepare breakfast, lunch, & dinner. There is also an outdoor charcoal grill. There is a screened porch with an 8 person table that overlooks the beach & ocean & we ate almost every meal there. There is a wonderful patio area with a 3 person couch, 2 chairs, a table that seats 4, 2 beach lounge chairs and a large unbrella that was great to give us shade while we sat outside & enjoyed the sights, read books, or slept:) They also provided corn hole boards, bocce ball,& plenty of sand toys to play with right there on the beach. There are chairs on the beach you can drag down closer to the water if you would like, so there is no need to bring you own chairs unless u really want to. We would walk down to the water once or twice a day,play for a while, then go back & just sit & play right there in front of our place. If you have small kids it is awesome because they can sit right there & play in the sand while you relax! I wish we had found a place like this when ours were younger! We would DEFINITELY love to go back here to visit in the future!

You will feel like a multi millionaire at this beautiful villa. The view of and access to the beach is unmatched. It is very private but yet has full access to the beach just a few steps away plus beautiful sunsets and moon sets as well that you can experience with your own glass of wine in your pajamas if you desire. Being able to listen to the crash of the waves onto the beach while enjoying a meal or just sitting there and enjoying your own private experience in your own private screened in porch or outside the porch on your private patio are priceless. Watching gorgeous sunsets and moon movements in private are entrancing. The inside of the villa is beautifully furnished and styled for those who appreciate beautiful and sophisticated surroundings that are appropriate for a beach setting. We loved it and look forward to going back. Landlord and Aloha Kai services add to the feeling of being a treasured guest. And, Aloha Kai has the largest heated pool on the island and it is beautiful. All kinds of shopping and other amenities are close by and yet you will feel like you are isolated in a beautiful private paradise.

Best location on the beach!

My family and friends have been coming to Siesta Key for over 30 years and this place has been all around the best we’ve stayed in by far. In my opinion it has the best view, location and access to the beach. You can literally step off your back patio and be on the beach. You have a perfect view in the evening of the sunset as well. This unit is newly renovated and was very beautiful and clean! The property manager and cleaning crew were very nice to work with. We do not have anything negative to report. We hope to stay here again soon!

Perfect Location. Has everything you need!

This is a perfect location. The condo had everything needed to prepare a meal. Rooms were perfect size. You walk 10 steps & you are in the sand. They even had towels, beach toys & an ice chest if you needed it.

Magnificent

I have visited Siesta key about 6 or 7 times and I have stayed at several different locations along the beach and this was by far the best if you have a large crowd. It is located directly on the beach, In my opinion, this is the best part of the beach as it is directly between the point of rocks and the public beach. It is private and peaceful and calm. It is everything the description states that it is. The owners were friendly and accommodating. The property is clean and well maintained. You are close to everything - the village, shopping and lots of restaurants across the bridge, boating, parasailing, walking, tons of attractions of your choice. I would recommend the $20 barge tour out of marina jacks - well worth the money for the tour you get. You will see beautiful homes up to 20M, some who are owned by Jerry Springer, the president of Tropicana, the guitarist from AC DC, Stephen King, and soooo many more. There is a great statue of Michael Jordan along the way and watch for the living picture frame, and look for the bear, zebra and hippo. If you parasail go with the phone # that ends in 1972. They are friendly and entertaining and safe and aim to please. It leaves out of CB's marina on stickney point road. Breakfast at the village cafe or the Broken Egg are my recommendations. The pubs we liked the most are SKOB, Daquiri Deck, The Hub, The cottage and the Beach Club .. oh and Gilligans .... excellent live bands every night and Wednesday is ladies night! Rent a boat at CB's for 4 hours and head up toVenice and you will have Beggar, the dolphin, come and swim up directly beside your boat and then stop and grab a bite to eat at a few local spots on the way. Friendly, generous, kind environment. I love SK. So did everyone I brought along with me - husband, kids, and friends. Gen
