From the living room, you have an unobstructed view of Strandstraße and Neue Straße. Behind the building is a parking space that can be rented for an additional fee. Access is via Strandstraße (with a special permit) from Maybachstraße (between Hotel Stadt Hamburg and the Sparkasse). To leave the property, drive along Strandstraße toward the beach until you reach Commerzbank, then turn right onto Bohmhoffstraße.
