This colorful condo is the perfect location to spend your St. Thomas vacation! Centrally located, you will reach almost all destinations on the island in about 20 minutes.
Bright Caribbean touches are throughout this condo. A perfect blend of old meets new with rich wood tones, clean white walls, and bright Caribbean colors.
Enjoy stunning views of Lovenlund Bay from your private balcony and feel the incredible breeze throughout the entire condo! (You don't need AC around here!)
This condo is the perfect location for a small family or group of friends. The open living plan is the perfect way to spend time together as a group. This condo also offers an amazing library of books! A vacation readers' paradise!
- Walk into a huge living space. The kitchen, dining, and living space are all combined. Not to mention this kitchen is STOCKED! If you love cooking on vacation this is your kitchen.
- Continue on to your breezy private balcony with simple modern outdoor furniture and a beautiful ocean view of Lovenlund Bay.
- Two large bedrooms. The main bedroom offers a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom, private balcony door, and clothing rack to hang garments. The second bedroom is a large open space with two beds. One double-size bed and one twin-size bed. (Find a bathroom and the washer and dryer outside this room)
- Two bathrooms, the main bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom with a tub and the second bathroom offers a stand-up shower.
- Basic pantry items are available for your use. (Salt, pepper, oil)
- Great Living space with a large TV, comfortable modern furnishing, and access to your favorite streaming network.
- Free on-site community parking.
When you stay in this condo, you will have access to the entire condo, a private balcony, and free community parking.
You won't see us unless you need us. We are committed to being available by phone for you and your loved ones 24/7.
This Northside condo is located in one of the most central neighborhoods! You'll be able to reach just about any destination on the island in less than a 20-minute drive.
Find Megan's Bay Beach in less than 10-minutes or head over to the Red Hook area in about 20 minutes. You'll also be less than a 10-minute drive from a grocery store.
Quietly tucked into a green and lush neighborhood, you can feel safe in this location. This condo community offers partial ocean views and free parking.
Renting a vehicle on St. Thomas is the absolute best way to see the island and get around. This condo offers free community parking, so you will always have a place to park after a day of adventures. While the driveways are steep, no 4x4 vehicle is required to reach this condo.
St. Thomas is not set up for pedestrian traffic or rideshares. So this means if you're not renting a vehicle, you'll be using taxi services. Taxis can have long wait times and you can occasionally have issues finding a taxi driver to drop off or pick up in this location. We have wonderful taxi recommendations if this is your preferred choice of transportation.
Please be aware that the split AC units in this condo are only located in each bedroom. The kitchen, living room, and dining room do not have AC. Please don't let this detour you from renting this bright space. There is an AMAZING breeze that always comes through the windows and sliding glass door! The owners have also provided portable fans to help move air.
Below the condo balcony is a hurricane-damaged home. This home is in the middle of ongoing construction. You will see this home from the balcony along with the construction tools, vehicles, and supplies. You will also see a beautiful ocean view of Lovenlund Bay that will completely distract you from the home below.
Please be advised that WIFI and internet connections on this island can be spotty and irregular at times. I can not guarantee a connection at any time.
Power occasionally goes out on St. Thomas. This is very normal. This condo does not have a backup generator. When power is out on the island you will be without electricity, AC, or WIFI.
