No daily housekeeping provided. We do provide cleaning and laundry products. Pillows, blankets, sheets, comforters & towels are supplied by owner. The cleaning fee is included, however if the property is not left in an acceptable condition, an additional cleaning fee will be assessed against your damage deposit. Remember, we are a NON-smoking property. You may smoke outside, but please dispose of all cigarettes properly in the trash. If the house interior smells of smoke, your damage deposit will not be refunded.

Please note that rentals during June, July, August, and September run Saturday PM to Saturday AM.
