First, the communication from the host and their willingness to accommodate all 3 of my pups was amazing. Furthermore, my arrival was fairly simple, as the lock box was easy to access. However, the front and back doors both stick, as the home itself is in definite need of some TLC. This house was built in 1940, so there are structural issues that are starting show, such as slightly warped flooring, etc.I was a little surprised upon realizing how there were no doors separating the living room from the bedroom or the bedroom from the kitchen area. The bathroom has a door, but otherwise there are only doorways, so this is something to keep in mind.My only truly negative point about the home is that it was "buggy." There were obvious issues with insects and spiders around the home's exterior, with my needing to deal with several issues inside as well. Of course, bugs can arrive via another's luggage, so I want to be fair - but I was very careful not to leave any luggage open during my stay and checked everything thoroughly before I left.On the plus side, the host ensures the place is properly cleaned between visitors, with all typical amenities being available (fridge, microwave, etc). There is also an excellent washer & dryer, with my recommendation to use them before packing.Overall, my experience was positive, with the backyard being fantastic. There was plenty of room for my pets to run along with a secure fence so they couldn't get out. Good Luck
