672 sq ft, so there is plenty of room to relax. 1 bedroom, 1 bath duplex with dining area, living room, master bedroom with king bed, full kitchen, and laundry room with washer and dryer. King bedroom has purple mattress. The Purple Mattress provides a unique feel that is equally pressure relieving and cool to sleep on. Plus, the open air channels neutralize body heat so you don't sleep hot. The backyard is completely enclosed for pets. The Rock Island Rail Trail sits directly behind the house. The trail is 4 miles long and follows an old rail corridor and is perfect for a nice walk or a nice bike ride. When making a reservation or sending an inquiry, please include all guests. Our location is perfect for visitors to the Civic Center, Amarillo College, and West Texas A&M University. Enjoy Wonderland Amusement Park, Tri-State Fairgrounds, and the Texas Outdoor Musical Drama, held at the Pioneer Amphitheatre in Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Amarillo’s well-known Cadillac Ranch, Harrington Discovery Center and Westgate Mall are within minutes.

The Property has a ring security camera placed in the front exterior of the home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas.

Bedroom has king bed that sleeps 2. There is a queen blow up mattress available that will sleep 2. There is also a couch that will sleep 1 additional person.

We are "pet friendly" and have a few guidelines for our guests with furry friends / fur babies.
- Guest are responsible for cleaning up any pet waste.
- Please keep pets off furniture and bedding.
- Please remember to clean your pet's paws when they come inside.
-If it has been raining or snowing, please make sure pets do not track mud inside.

Any evidence of not following these guidelines may incur extra cleaning fees.
