Ybor City was founded as an independent town in 1885 by a group of cigar manufacturers led by Vicente Martinez-Ybor in 1887. The original population was mostly composed of Cuban and Spanish immigrants so the influence is still strong in Ybor.

The space
The building is located in the industrial area just steps away from the heart of Ybor. This commercial building has been renovated into micro apartments with the future plans for a storefront. The buildings exterior is still under construction and we apologize as the Florida's tropical weather has delayed projects several times. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Free parking on premises.

Outside of building is under renovation for a building front facelift. We are mindful of guest so when work is being done, all work stops at 5pm. Please only access the front entrance during this time.

If bringing a pet, there a $20 per pet cleaning fee that be added to reservation.
