Come and enjoy our mostly remodeled house, 2Bedroom/2Bathroom with a clean full kitchen is the perfect place for your next vacation! This is an entire 1200sqft, AC, dryer/ washer, huge parking space, Smart TVs, internet/Wi-Fi, First AID and closet spaces. It fits up to 6 adults. This premium location offers small driving distance to restaurants and Super Walmart, is about 3 minutes to Westfield Citrus Park Mall. Busch Gardens (9 miles away).
This house has an attachment guest property which is totally independent, there's no communication neither from the inside nor the outside, garage seen in the pictures is not part of the property.

We have nothing but great reviews for this rental.It was very clean, comfortable, accommodating.Both showers are walk in, which was great.There is some slight low water pressure for the showers but made adjustments for showering.

Excellent value and very nice property.

This property was a great find! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, and the value for what we got was excellent. We’d definitely recommend it to others and would stay here again.

Nice stay in a decent area

My family enjoyed our stay at this rental. Everything was clean and the owner provided some extra goodies on the side. All issues were promptly addressed. I would definitely rent from this owner again.

Outstanding accommodation and hosts!We were visiting Tampa for a medical procedure. The accommodation was very conveniently located with many shops and outlets within easy driving distance. We were very impressed with the quality of the premises, including the furnishings, towels, linens, and kitchen supplies—extremely well equipped! The well laid-out floor plan allows for complete privacy for those sharing, along with a spacious communal setting. The level of care and thoughtfulness on the part of the hosts is evident in the small details, including an array of spices, food wrapping products, paper towels, and toiletries which provides a very welcoming feel for guests. The place is immaculate and beautifully decorated. It is no wonder that others continue to return to this wonderful setting. Top marks for the hosts’ speedy responses in all our communications. Highly recommended!

Super comfortable

The house is in a quiet neighborhood with shopping not far away. It is clean, nicely decorated, and welcoming. The host provides a lot of nice touches that not everyone does, including spices and enough paper goods and soap for your entire stay. Even the sheets were nice quality. It was an excellent choice for my stay in Tampa.

I had a fantastic stay at this rental home! The house was absolutely immaculate, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. From the functional, well-designed spaces to the sturdy and comfortable beds, everything made the stay incredibly relaxing. The home smelled amazing, and the air inside was always fresh, adding to the overall sense of comfort. The host was also incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect staycation getaway!

Pleasant and Relaxing

This was a wonderful vacation for us! We come down every year to see family. From the get-go, John was a wonderful host! We had a small issue that he immediately took care of. This home is clean, convenient, and is well maintained. Every detail has been well thought out. Everything you need is there. I look forward to going back for years to come.

One of the Best

Mr Diaz didn't do this rental space any justice. Not only did he let us enter early, he is/was very welcoming. That place is warm, compassionate, cozy, spacious, and oh so clean. I can go on and on. Thanks Mr Diaz; you made our weekend DELIGHTFUL 😊

Home away in Citrus Park, FL

Fit our needs very well. An older home on the outside, but on the inside seemed completely renovated with modern style, appliances, furniture and 2 bathrooms. It was supplied with plenty of product and electric appliances beyond what we have experienced in other VRBO properties. Coffee and filters were especially appreciated. My interaction with the property owner, John, was very responsive to our needs. The location was within 10 minutes of a family member and was conveniently (5 minutes away) located to grocery stores, pharmacies restaurants and other shopping. And for our early morning return flight home, just 15 minutes to the airport (25-30 during afternoon rush hour). I recommend it highly.

Superb host

Loved this VRBO for several reasons. The host was absolutely amazing and readily available for any needed communication. The house itself was in a nice neighborhood that was centrally located for our needs to be in Tampa and visit family in surrounding areas of Lutz, Largo, Dunedin, Ybor and Wesley Chapel. I was pleased with the decor which was updated and uncluttered. The beds were very comfortable. Also, I appreciated the lack of carpet. The house was very clean and didn’t have any of that musty smell that carpeted homes have. All appliances were easy to use and the kitchen was well equipped. Waters, seltzers and snacks were a nice touch. I am hopeful that we will have a need to use this VRBO again. It was perfect.

Perfect house

Perfect house in a nice neighborhood. Clean and owner was very friendly(welcomed us with drinks). The sofa/bed was not the best but everything else was great. Would definitely recommend it!

Wonderful stay and wonderful host

Myself, my husband and my teenage daughter stayed at this property and loved it. You can tell that they have put in a lot of care and work into this property, the inside is all renovated and looks exactly like the photos you see online. We felt very safe and comfortable and the host even had some welcome water and sparkling water drinks for us to enjoy. After a long flight it was very nice! Also, the pantry is fully stocked with coffee, sugar and a lot of essential cooking supplies. This is NOT common but very nice and we really appreciate it. The beds are comfortable and everything was in perfect condition. You will love it here! We needed to go to Wesley Chapel area and this was perfectly convenient for us! Thank you John, we hope to stay at your place again!
