This lakeside vacation rental is perfect for your Tampa Bay getaway.

Inside, you'll find:
- Three bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with a double bed.
- The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook, and there’s fast WiFi (500 mbps) and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
- Enjoy two full bathrooms, including one with a luxury rain shower and another with a tub. One bedroom has a private half bathroom, and the living area features a large Roku TV, with Roku TVs in all bedrooms.
- You will love the backyard! With a brand-new deck, lounge chairs, a grill, fire pit with chairs, and a spacious dock. Ducks, birds, and turtles often visit the private waterfront, adding a special touch to your stay.

Guests are welcome to bring outdoor chairs onto the dock. However, please make sure to bring them back immediately after use, as chairs left on the dock can blow into the lake. Missing outdoor furniture will result in a charge.

You’ll have the entire private unit (Unit A) to yourself with its own entrance. All indoor spaces are exclusively yours, while outdoor amenities are shared with the second unit.

Zoo Tampa is just a short walk away and a lot of fun! Busch Gardens is also nearby for some thrills. If you’re after a beach day, Cypress Point Park is close, or check out Clearwater and St. Pete beaches. Our favorites are Pass-A-Grille and Ft. De Soto Beach, both a short drive away!

You have the entire unit to yourself and your entrance is private (Unit A), but there is a wall shared with a second unit where other guests may be staying. Outdoor amenities are shared. The laundry room is shared with the other unit.

Please park in the two designated Unit A spots, or on the street. No cars are allowed on the left side of the driveway in the grass. Your car could crush our drain system.

For the safety and security of our guests, please note that we have outdoor cameras on site. One overlooking the back yard and one monitoring the front door.

We might be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out depending on our cleaners' schedule for the day. They charge a small fee for this, but don't hesitate to ask us and we'll see if we can make it happen. Just keep in mind that this service isn't always available since it depends on our cleaners' availability.

In order to receive the entry code for your stay:

- Rental agreement must be signed.
- $300 refundable security deposit must be submitted. In some cases, the deposit will be automatically held on the card you used for your booking. In other cases, we may need to send you a link to place your security deposit.
- Picture of ID must be provided.
- All information must match

You will not gain entry until all of these are completed. You will receive links in a message as well as your email.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available, depending on our cleaners' schedule. They charge a small fee, but feel free to ask, and we'll check availability. Keep in mind this service is not always guaranteed.

Unit A shares a wall with another unit, so other guests may be on the property. Both units have separate entrances and doors to the backyard, separated by a block wall. The backyard and outdoor amenities are shared.

We provide an initial supply of essentials. If the initial stock runs out, we recommend purchasing or bringing any additional items you may need.

Some closets are locked for cleaning supplies and are not accessible to guests. There is a closet in one bedroom and hooks with hangers in another for your use.

Please park in the two designated Unit A spots or on the street. Do not park on the left side of the driveway in the grass, as it may damage our drain system.

Pets are strictly prohibited. A $50 per pet per day fee will be charged for unauthorized pets, and you may be asked to leave the property without a refund.
Basic maintenance, extra sheets, and extra supplies may not be available to you during your stay.

Laundry access is available upon request for a $10 fee/stay or $10/month if your stay is multiple months. Please note, the laundry room is shared with the other unit and we don’t provide detergent.

Enjoy complete comfort with indoor temperatures easily adjustable between 67 and 73 degrees, tailored to your ideal preference.

For your peace of mind, we have outdoor cameras on the property: one overlooking the backyard and another monitoring the front door, ensuring security throughout your stay.

While we strive to provide everything you need, please note that extra sheets and supplies may not be available during your visit.

Please note that booking discounts apply only to the initial booking and are not recalculated if you extend your stay afterward.

Occasionally, our handyman or lawn care workers may be present for maintenance or minor construction in the yard. Rest assured, they will never enter your private space without permission or interfere with your stay.
