The "Rose Barn" is a lovingly renovated traditional thatched cottage in a quiet village location.

A large fenced garden with lawn and lovingly planted rose beds is available for your sole use. You enjoy a clear view of the field with beautiful sunset.
The living area of the approximately 85 m² holiday home is divided into two bedrooms, a large living area with comfortable sofa and open kitchenette, a large shower room and a guest toilet. The kitchenette is u. a. equipped with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher and other kitchen appliances. Both bedrooms have a double bed, a TV and a small reading area. An open walk-in closet is available in each bedroom. One of the two double beds has an open foot end (dimensions 1.80 x 2.00 m).
The bright and friendly living area invites you to cozy hours throughout the year - a wing chair is available for your reading or watching TV, a dining table is available here. From here you can access the two furnished terraces and the beautiful garden - here is also a cozy beach chair available.

The house is provided with blackout blinds, there are no carpets available.

In the guest house, in the opposite "Rosenkate" (Non smoking) two more apartments are offered. Swimming pond, sauna, barbecue hut and the bath tub can be shared in the opposite Rosenkate.

Riepsdorf is about 15 km from Grömitz and about 10 km from the Baltic Sea Dahme and is kurtaxfreies area!
