The Space:

This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment boasts plank hardwood flooring, exposed brick, and a brand new custom kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, including a dishwasher. Enjoy spacious living areas perfect for entertaining, ample closet space, renovated bathrooms, and multiple windows that provide plenty of natural light. Step outside onto the private outdoor balcony and roof accessible from multiple bedrooms and soak up the sunshine. Experience condo-like finishes and luxurious living here!







To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

The Neighborhood:

Lenox Hill is an affluent Upper East Side area with designer stores along Madison Avenue as well as elegant apartment buildings and townhouses. Cultural sites include The Frick Collection, showing European paintings and decorative art in an early-1900s mansion, and the massive Park Avenue Armory, which hosts avant-garde exhibitions and performances. Second Avenue has casual spots for Mexican, Asian, and Italian food.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Pets have to be registered with the building. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

This property also includes an in-unit washer/dryer. You can only put 16 ounces of clothes or 3/4 full in order to work correctly. Otherwise it will to shut off. Also, you cannot use the sheet of fabric softener.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.



Security deposit



Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold



Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold



Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent



All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer
