Hi! I’m Theresa. Originally from Wisconsin, I made North Carolina my home about 10 years ago and have fallen in love with everything this area has to offer.
I’m a local Realtor, so I enjoy helping people discover the best of the Triangle—from great restaurants and charming downtowns to parks, hiking trails, and hidden local favorites. If you’re looking for recommendations during your stay, I’m always happy to help!
I love traveling internationally, exploring new cultures, and spending time outdoors—especially if it involves dining al fresco. At home, you’ll usually find me with my mini Labradoodle, Tetley, who keeps life fun and full of personality.
As a dual U.S. and U.K. citizen, I’ve always enjoyed meeting people from different backgrounds, and hosting has become one of my favorite things. My goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space where you can truly relax and feel at home.
