Very nice apartment with 100sqm terrace right on Vergia Beach !!!

Our apartment is about 4km outside of Nea Kallikratia, right on Vergia Beach .. The water here is crystal clear and has won multiple awards. The beach is particularly recommended for small children, as it is very gently sloping and you can simply have fun here.
In the high season, beautiful beach bars and restaurants invite you to relax and enjoy. There is also a gyros stand on the beach, which is happy to help with hunger at lunchtime. There is also a game center for children right on the beach. The whole family can feel comfortable here. If you want to spend a nice evening on the terrace, there is a supermarket about 100m from the apartment, where you can get everything you need.
In the low season, the apartment and the surrounding area offer absolute tranquility and miles of secluded beaches. However, if you still want a bit of hustle and bustle or culture, you can visit the cities of Kallikratia (6 km away) and Moudania (15 km away). Nea Moudania is the largest city in Chalkidiki and therefore offers many shops, banks, post offices and various museums.
The Petralona cave is also interesting. The oldest ancestor of the Europeans was found here and is really worth a visit. There is also a beautiful beach on site, which also invites you to swim and relax. There is also a lot to do in the evenings and the nightlife is recommended for younger visitors to our apartment.
It is important to mention that Thessaloniki Airport is only 45 km from the apartment. Thessaloniki offers a lot of culture, such as the white tower and the endless promenade from the city harbor to the Kalamari district.
The historic old town with its markets and many small stone streets is also worth a visit. Likewise the eastern city walls. (Ideal for sunsets, this place offers a breathtaking view. If you love the cultural, then the old monastery of Moni Vlatadon on the top of the hill in Thessaloniki is definitely worth a visit. For water lovers, a visit to the leisure / water center in Thessaloniki with its numerous water slides is of course a must. V. M. Mandatory.
A visit to the local restaurants in Nea Iraklia and Nea Kalikratia is recommended for a culinary stay. Both places are only a few km away from the apartment and are easy to reach by car.
The great, mountainous landscape is also great for hiking. We have often talked to hikers and the enthusiasm was palpable and can therefore be recommended without any objection.

The 72sqm apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (180cmx200cm) and one with two single beds (0.90 cmX200cm). The pull-out couch in the living room can also be used as a bed for 1 person. The kitchen consists of a new fitted kitchen with stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with fridge / freezer combination. In the open kitchen area there is a large table where 6 people can have their meals. The sanitary area is divided into three smaller separate rooms, one shower area, one toilet and one washbasin with hairdryer. The spacious living room with the large couch, radio and television with satellite connection also invites you to relax. Crockery in all variations is of course available, as is an iron and ironing board.
