Welcome to your oasis away from the day-to-day responsibilities. Wilton Manors is a city in south Florida surrounded by water, earning it the title of Island City. So step inside, drop your suitcase, pose for your first photos in front of our sign, and tell your followers, "Wish you were here!"

The backyard is a south Florida oasis. There is table seating, jetted spa, and sunbathing chairs. This area is perfect for cooling down in the Florida sun, unwinding while reading a book, or enjoying an evening cocktail by the pool. There is a propane grill to make your favorite meal and a fire pit for those night conversations. But, if that is not what you enjoy, turn on the jets and head into the spa for a massage to melt away the stress.

The kitchen is open flowing and fully stocked with the tools you need. You can simultaneously cook, entertain, and participate in the conversation between the living room and dining area. The island has barstool seating for two, just a few feet away from the dining area, an all-glass table that seats eight or have dinner overlooking the pool in the outdoor dining area, and the backyard lights up at night.

The living room has a chaise-attached couch, providing enough space for your entire group to lounge out, relax and unwind. In addition, the 65" smart TV can be seen from the couch, and dining room, so the entire group can watch live TV or stream their favorite shows and movies.

You can use a washer and dryer at the back of the house at your leisure.

One bedroom features two full beds, side by side, and a wall-mounted TV to stream your favorite show or catch up on the latest release.

The other bedroom offers two full beds in a bunk configuration with closet space to unpack your suitcase and head straight to the pool. This room is ideal for families traveling with children that want a little more privacy from the rest of the group.

The main bedroom features a king bed, a full en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private patio. Stream movies or TV on the smart TV while you wind down after a long day. Set up your workspace on the dedicated desk and superfast wifi when work calls. Head straight out the sliding doors and into the spa or pool when the day ends. The patio is my favorite spot to enjoy morning coffee.

Guests will have access to the entire property to themselves. However, we ask that noise is limited from 10 pm - 7 am per city noise ordinances.

I love Florida living and all that comes with it...even the wildlife. Guests should know we share our environment with various wildlife in Florida, including insects, reptiles, birds, and more.

While we have regular pest control, you may see some of these friends during your stay. Keeping doors and windows closed and keeping food stored & sealed properly are ways to ensure a little lizard or other friends won't come in!
