There’s a foosball table under the shade of the house for when the competitive spirit moves you and a gas grill on the patio to fire up for a poolside lunch. The first level offers an apartment-like king bedroom with a full ensuite bath, day bed, private entrance and large oceanside deck, perfect for a babysitter or au pair. The second level offers four more spacious bedrooms. There’s a room with a single and bunk and another with a single and full bed that share a Jack-and-Jill bath with a king room. An additional master king room features an ensuite bath and, like all of the home’s bedrooms, a smart TV. Completing this level is a quiet sunroom with a smart TV, cozy seating to cuddle up with a good book, and a bistro table.
