The second floor features a bonus room for kids with a foosball table, a new stair tamer, a TV with front side A/V jack, a sofa bed, and a second fridge/freezer. A private deck exits the first floor to a private decked pool. The grill, fish cleaning station area, and showers are located in the under-house entry.
