This charming, 1,500 sq. ft. Loft townhome, with a private entrance, is located on beautiful Okaloosa Island and is perfect for small families and couples' getaways.

Escape from the pressures of life for a while and enjoy the beach life! This warm, welcoming living space offers plenty of those beachy vacation vibes you've been dreaming of.

The Master suite features a king-size bed (sleeps 2). The 2nd bedroom features a queen-size bed (sleeps 2). Additionally, there are 3 twin-size beds (sleeps 3) located in the loft!

Enjoy preparing any meal in the fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.

Lastly, there is a fenced in front yard area with a wood fire pit and an outdoor shower where you can access the main strip Santa Rosa Blvd and walk to the beach access point. Additionally there is a second deck located in the front between the garage and townhouse with an outdoor dining table and a gas grill.

- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.

***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
