• Carnival: minimum 7 nights (package R$ 87,750 + electricity)

Notes and Rules:

• The property includes 3 staff members, charged separately at R$ 600 per day (not included in the booking rate).

• Electricity consumption is charged separately for seasonal rentals.

• A security deposit (caution) is required and refunded within 2 business days after checkout.

• Check-in from 2 p.m. / Check-out by 12 p.m.

• Rules: events and parties are prohibited without prior written authorization.

• Maximum occupancy: 14 people (including children).
