Daily setup (march - November) of 4 lounge chairs and 2 umbrellas by beach service. 12 adirondack style vinyl chairs.

Gas grill is of course provided.

Pac N Play, high chair and baby gates are provided.

Sanddollar Unit 1 townhome was just as pictured & described. It is well maintained, very clean, and supplied with basic items. Even complimentary mini personal care products in bathrooms. And, The views from each level were amazing!! We loved the direct beach access. This is an end unit which we found to be another plus. It also offers great outdoor amenities. Definitely recommend

Paradise in Destin

We were all so impressed with the cleanliness and the well appointed condo that furnished everything needed to have a carefree vacation. Location can’t be beat. Would highly recommend this condo for large family wanting to enjoy the beach to the fullest!

Great Spring Break

This house was perfect for our 2 families' Spring Break vacation: lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was ideal with access to the private beach with designated chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and cooking supplies.

Great Home for Spring Break

Overall the house was clean, nicely furnished and was literally steps from the beach. The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 2 families with children, and the daily beach chair and umbrella service was a plus. We loved sitting in the swing on the deck and watching the dolphins every morning. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

Great for families

We had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and still have privacy We also enjoyed being able to step right out on the beach. So nice!!!!

Wonderful Week

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is roomy and beautifully decorated. So many decks to eat, play, relax (two lovely swings) and just enjoy the view. My favorite place was the nook in the Master bedroom with your private ocean view.

Cold weather getaway

We were able to get in on time. Communication since the day of booking was quick and professional. Wonderful location with beach chair set up daily. I have already shared this location with several friends since our stay. Can’t wait to book again.

Great week!

My family had a great week here! We are a large family (10 of us plus two friends on this trip) and everyone had plenty of space, bedroom layout worked great for us. Loved the ease of getting to the beach, straight off the patio to the sand. Very clean!

Steps from the ocean

Watch the dolphins play from the porch swing in your PJs! Lots of room to spread out for the 5 of us, even a room where all 3 teens could stay up chatting late into the night and not keep us up! (A LOT of stairs so beware of this is an issue for anyone in your party) Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items (but bring your own trash bags and paper towels). Tons of sand toys and chairs provided, outdoor shower to keep the sand out and convenient parking right in front. We were there at the height of spring break and it wasn’t loud or crazy party scene near this place. We’d stay again for sure!

beautiful home, good cardio required

Beautiful townhome, very comfortable, stellar location, very responsive owner (best we have had in 10 years of annual beach rental vacations). Did not realize that it was 4 levels, so we had more cardio workouts in one week than in the last month, so make sure if there are any people in the group that are cardio challenged, they are ready for lots of steps :)

Surpassed expectations

Extremely clean and supplied with necessities plus some. We had 6 adults and 4 teenagers and a 5 year old. The beach chairs and umbrellas were very nice to have prearranged Loved the view and location. Ample parking. The only drawback was trying to get onto the road when leaving BUT we usually did that only once a day so no big deal!!!

Nice unit, a lot of stairs, plenty of room away from others if needed. Cleaning people were not finished at 4 oclock.We had 1,4,and 5 year olds with us, so we went in, made our selves at home, unloaded cars, went to the beach, let them clean around us. Good family vaca, would stay here again

Rental Was Perfect

We very much enjoyed the property. It had everything we needed. We had nine adults and a three month old baby. Everyone had the space they needed. One of the best features is the incredible beach where you have chairs set up daily. We also opted to pull the chairs from the bottom deck down to our beach set up. When you walk the beach and see just how crowded other areas are, you appreciate the private beach even more. Mr. Manuel was very responsive to both emails and calls which was much appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked. I also want to add the unit was super clean and ready right on time. We were able to manage the stairs easily but there are a lot of stairs so just be aware of that. Wonderful unit and my family would highly recommend it.

Hidden Gem

Brought 10 extended family members for our first ever vacation to Destin. Was pleasantly surprised to have not 1 but 2 umbrellas and 4 beach chairs set-up for us daily, and found a canopy on the deck to set up on the beach with adirondack chairs for everyone else. The beachfront location was perfect; the water and sand was gorgeous! The house was clean and everything was in good working order. Leaving the parking area was a little tricky since most units were occupied with multiple cars making it hard to see when backing up onto the busy road, but this was only a minor inconvenience as we mostly stayed put. Would be nice to know if there was a food bank or somewhere to donate leftover food instead of throwing away. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to returning again!

My family has been coming to Destin / Miramar Beach for at least 30 years and decided in 2020 to invest here. We have owned this unit since May of 2020 and have completely remodeled outside and inside since our purchase. All paint, furniture, fixtures, flooring, appliances, doors, windows and deck have been replaced. Completely painted inside and out.

Balconies off of living area and ground floor. Polywood porch swings on ground level balcony and beach level deck. 2 showers on beach level deck - one rain shower head and hot water. New beach level apartment with separate living area, bedroom and full bath.

Up to 4 cars can park. Walking distance to Pompano Joe's and Badass Coffee. 2 beach shops and ice cream shop just across the street. Widest private beachfront of any townhome on Miramar Beach (45 ft). Walk directly from beach level deck to beach.

Beach level apartment with living area and big screen TV, full bath with walk-in shower and bedroom with queen bed and bunk.
