Perfect for a multi-family vacation or BFF getaway with 3 newly renovated, en-suite baths and master bedrooms. The 3 master bathrooms have been fully renovated with luxurious tile showers & floors, granite counters, double sinks & euro glass enclosures! 5 bedrooms, plus a high quality queen sofa sleeper in the den with privacy screens will accommodate up to 12 people with a baby as a possible 13th person. You will enjoy the extra-large lanai with a gas fire pit and bar overlooking the tranquil pond and fenced backyard while relaxing in the free heated pool or spa. Enjoy home-away-from-home with a fully equipped kitchen as well as HS internet & 5 TVs. A lanai bar, outdoor TV, gas fire pit, grill, pool toys, beach chairs & towels are available for outside fun. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from the lanai, spa and pool. Golf, beaches, biking and boating are just minutes away! Kitchen and laundry starter supplies are available to make your stay more convenient and less costly.

Located 30-40 mins from Venice, Port Charlotte & Punta Gorda with easy accessibility to the inter-coastal waterway. Only 15-20 minutes from beautiful Boca Grande/Placida and Englewood beaches or a 15-min drive to launch your boat! Bring your golf clubs and enjoy one of the 5 courses in the neighborhood or excellent golf courses in the area. Nature lovers will also enjoy the nearby biking and hiking trail to Placida/Boca Grande which runs through the neighborhood.

We had an excellent stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jami was a fantastic host from start to finish. Her responses were always quick, clear, and genuinely helpful, which made everything from arrival to questions during the stay completely stress free.The house was exactly as listed, no surprises at all. It was clean, well maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed, which made it easy to settle in right away. You can tell a lot of thought went into making guests feel comfortable, from the layout to the small details around the house.The views were a standout. Whether it was morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery really made the stay feel special and relaxing. The location was quiet and peaceful but still convenient.Overall, this was one of those rentals where everything just worked as expected, which is honestly the best compliment. We’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend Jami’s place to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and well cared for home with great views.

Beautiful home, crafted with love and integrity. This home is clearly not just an income property! The hosts/homeowner(s) could not have been anymore welcoming, friendly and beyond accommodating.. Honestly It felt like being at a friends house and that’s how we were treated, as if we were friends. A perfect family vacation of which we had the privilege to celebrate in this obviously well loved home! This home and hosts met our every need and there were12 of us! Thank You for an amazing trip!

Plenty of space, loved the pool especially the canal and bird watching! We seen 2 alligators while we were there! Very clean, quiet, and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Looking forward to staying here in the future!

I can’t say enough about the host and the house. Jamie was amazing and the most responsive person I’ve ever worked with. She goes above and beyond to make sure the stay is wonderful! The house itself is a great layout for 3 couples because each gets their own room and bathroom.. and space. We only had two teens and they stayed in the trundle beds and those mattresses are way better than a typical pullout couch. Because of us being a large group we did cook most nights and the grill and kitchen supplies were well stocked. We enjoyed Englewood Beach each day and the pool at night. Englewood has just reopened after the hurricane so you have to get there by 9am due to limited parking but it’s beautiful! Hint: if you go to Englewood buy a couple gallon jugs of water to rinse sand off as the outside showers at Englewood aren’t fixed yet. Then just refill them each day. It helps to keep the house and pool less sandy. Dockside in Venice is a great great reasonable seafood restaurant - so fun. If you’re considering this home, it’s a great choice. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us, Jamie!

Great vacation!

Very well equipped home with floats, chairs, beach towels, etc!!! Great communication with owner whenever we needed anything. Comfy beds and pillows, too.

Well words fail me when I begin to tell you how absolutely amazing this house is on Rotunda. The word luxurious cannot be over emphasised.From start to finish dealing with the owner has been absolutely amazing. This house truly is awesome.It’s easy to state that it’s a home away from home but it truly is.Everything from pool toys, scoops for collecting shark teeth to pool and house towels to everything needed for cooking is here.The house was spotless on arrival and the outside area including the pool and spa are superb.We were a party of 8 adults and 3 children and we had so much room.If you are looking to rent in this area and this villa is available then look no further.It is close to some amazing beeches and restaurants our favourite is Sharkeys on the pier.We were so sad to leave but hopefully will be back when the grandchildren are a little older.Thank you again so much.

Relaxing getaway

Had an amazing time at this property! I’m no stranger to the area and love the warm weather—everyone enjoyed exploring and soaking up the beach. If it were my property, I wouldn’t require an email form with everyone's signatures—that was a bit much. While I understand some hosts are older and particular, the hosts were incredibly friendly and communicative. Thanks for the great stay!

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful spacious home. The owner was super responsive. Check in was so easy. We had 11 people with us during our stay. 5 adults and 6 Kids, ranging from ages 2-15. We all enjoyed the pool and spa. All of the beds were so comfortable. All of the doors that opened up to the pool had locks to prevent the little kids from opening the doors by themselves. It was a short drive to Englewood beaches and restaurants. We also visited multiple other surrounding beaches that were within 30-40 minutes from the house. We had such a great time and would absolutely stay again!

Perfect house for a family vacation, half and hour from a nice state park beach with all the amenities. Great pool and spa area with a gorgeous view to a pond, unforgettable sunset in the evening. If you enjoy birds watching, this is the place for you. When we arrived, the house was immaculate. Jami was awesome to work with throughout the scheduling process. The house was exactly as listed, the photos were spot on. We would definitely stay here again the next time we vacation in the area. We stayed from June 24th to July 9th

Best Rotonda Property

This was the perfect booking. Jami was very communicative throughout the stay. We had a slight problem with the ice maker and she was right on top of it, checking in regularly to make sure everything was working properly. We were two families totaling 9 people with plenty of room for privacy. The lanai was perfect and the view of the pond was amazing. The family enjoyed the firepit as well. 10/10 would book this property again.

Family fun in the sun!

This home was perfect for our family getaway. We were close to beaches, shopping and more family. We had beautiful sunsets as well as an alligator the little ones loved watching.

Golfers will love this place

This place has 5 golf courses near by. The house is amazing. Lots of room for the family to hang out. The kitchen is well equipped. The heated pool and spa and fire pit make a great place to spend time. Two master suites were great for multiple families. Our host Jami was so responsive and helpful.
