PRIVATE HOME AND HEATED SALT WATER POOL; BEACH AND BAY ACCESS!

Tropical island private newly remodeled home with a heated (seasonal), salt-water pool on Manasota Key, with access to your semi-private beach on the Gulf of Mexico and fishing (not boating) dock on Lemon Bay (less than a block from each). Our home has been recently renovated with new appliances, beds, and most furniture (see pictures)! Access to the Gulf and Bay are waiting for YOU! Newly screened-in pool; gas grill; House has tile floors throughout; Central air and ceiling fans in every room (or turn off the A/C, open the windows, and listen to the sea); all kitchen appliances and washer/dryer; Beds include one king, one queen, two full. Main Bedroom Suite is connected to the main house, but has its own bath and exterior door to a separate garden; Games, Book-exchange, Cable, WIFI Internet; Fishing poles, beach bikes, beach chairs, toys, and more; fully furnished with kitchen ware and linens. As teachers, this home is very child friendly, including games, toys, a booster seat, and pack-n-play. Yoga on the north beach every morning (s. beach yoga to return in fall, just a bike-ride away)! Access to the beach is just across the road! The garage holds many toys, bikes, chairs, and extras, and may be used to house your bikes and/or small car. Four beaches are as close as 1.2 miles and all within 5 miles! YOU.WILL.LOVE.IT.HERE! :)

Checking in to the house was easy as it could be. Thd house is exactly as described and the pool and additional items in the garage were nice to have. The dock on the bay was a great fishing spot. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for families

My family had a great time at Jim and Judy’s home. There was more than enough space for us and two kids ages 5 & 8. The beach is about a 2 minute walk which we enjoyed in the mornings and the heated pool in the afternoons. The area is still recovering from hurricane damage but this house is fully ready and stocked!

Nice, Relaxing Stay!

My family and I enjoyed our time. The property owners were very responsive and communicated with us as needed. Location to the bay and beach were a short walk away. The pool was refreshing during the hot afternoons! A few updates to the pool area and guest rooms would make this perfect. I recommend this property to a family or couples wanting a relaxing beach vacation.

Excellent!

The property is perfect for family and has EVERYTHING you need for a Florida vacation! The open living room/kitchen/dining area so spacious. The pool outside the kitchen is a so perfect for a day at home instead of the beach. And just a short walk to beach and AWESOME fishing dock.

Relaxing Oasis

Everything you need for a beautiful relaxing vacation, is exactly what you get with this gorgeous home. The short walk to the beach everyday, was our favorite. The pool was so refreshing after a hot day. The home is as listed, plenty of room for a family, and very comfortable for us as a couple. We will definitely return.

Great House, Great Host

Judy and Jim will restore your faith in hosts if it is lost! Great home with all the amenities needed. It truly felt like we were staying in a home instead of a rental. From the bike tires being pumped to the pool heater on, this place was ready to enjoy the moment we turned the key. Easy access to the beach and pier, our family enjoyed it all.

Peaceful Getaway

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is so beautifully and thoughtfully landscaped that you can easily forget you're in a neighborhood. The dock and the beach are both a short and easy walk. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool. This was our first visit to Manasota Key and we will definitely be back.

Inexpensive Family Vacation!

This was a wonderful place for a family beach week! The owners have provided everything you could want for fun in the sun, beach equipment, pool toys, etc. Our family included a five year old and a one year old and they had a ball! We enjoyed cooking on the gas grill and had plenty of dishes and pots and pans for meal prep. This is a nice area with clean beaches. Thanks, Jim and Judy for a great week! We hope to return someday.

Semi-Private beach with breathtaking sunsets

The hosts are wonderful and accommodating. Description and photos of the beach house are accurate. Clean, smells nice, very roomy and comfortable beds. Full kitchen and also an outside grill. Nice screened in pool to enjoy if you’re not relaxing on the beach. We were able to visit the beach a few times a day since it is located just across the street. The beach is not crowded, and the people are very friendly. Good restaurants and shops nearby.

January stay at Manasota Key

This was the perfect house for my family for this vacation Jan 8-15. The house was well-stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils. The bedrooms were supplied with extra pillows and blankets. The pool and deck were wonderful, Everything was clean, and the hosts were very easy to contact. They responded immediately when we had a question

Great vacatoin

The location of this property is great. Easy walking distance to the beach and the dock. We enjoyed the beach and the pool is also really nice. The house isn't fancy (which we don't care about fancy) but it was comfortable and met our needs. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to stay here again. Communication with the owners was excellent. We had the pleasure of meeting Judy in person. She is very pleasant and she left us a nice little parting gift.

Solid Place!

This little 3 bedroom was perfect for my family of 6. Being able to hit the uncrowded beach just a short walk across the street, loop around the neighborhood road to fish off Lemon Bay (or see a manatee), or to simply lounge at the pool make this an easy pick. The timing was neat to see all the sea turtle markings coming up the beach each evening. Very recommended, a little dated but lets be honest if you go to Manasota Key to chill inside your wasting your money.

Great family property

We loved everything about this property. The house was stocked with anything you may need for a comfortable stay. We cooked all but 1 meal at the house and had every kitchen item we needed. Also the amount of beach accessories, fishing stuff, books and games was amazing. The walk to the beach and fishing dock was a very doable distance for all of us. We definitely hope to return to this property again soon. Jim and Judy were very quick to respond to any question we had.

Pool was great!

Convenient area, about a 3 min walk to the beach and a 3-10 minute drive to any store or restaurant we needed. It is possible to drive across to the gate for the beach access and unload if you want to take an umbrella, chairs, cooler, etc. and have someone drive the vehicle back and walk across. The dock is also very nice and only a quick minute drive/walk. We were able to park there and take our poles, etc. We had 3 children in our group and the pool was a lifesaver! Perfect size for cooling off in the afternoon.

We have been coming to Florida for 25 years and kept finding ourselves at Manasota Key, with the most beautiful beaches and the most friendly, fun-loving people! When we found this home for sale, we knew we had to have it. We are still working and cannot be there year-round, so we want to share it with others.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This house is a perfect balance of island life on Manasota Key. It is close enough to hear waves crashing or take the just a 3-4 minute walk to the beach or bay - start the day with sunrise on the bay dock and enjoy a sunset walk on the beach. You will find the home to have quiet, peace, and shade. The pool is warm and relaxing and you'll have access to bikes, pool toys, etc. The front porch has prehistoric sharks teeth -- to welcome you to the beach house! The tropical flora and fauna will delight your sense of sight and smell!
