The Space:

This cute attached villa is welcoming and cute. There are 4 steps up onto the front porch, then it’s all at one level.

Free onsite parking right outside your door and completely updated in Dec 2022. There is new tile floor throughout and fresh paint. New furniture. Shiplap accent walls. Private screened lanai with your own washer & dryer out back too. Cooled by 2 window AC units. One in the bedroom and one in the living area/kitchen space.



Guest Access:

You will have exclusive access to the entire bungalow during your stay. This includes your private bedroom with a king bed, a full kitchen, a dining area, a laundry room, and a full bathroom. You are also welcome to enjoy your private front porch for relaxing outdoors and the private screened lanai patio in the back. For additional sleeping arrangements, a rollaway single bed is available in the closet, which can be set up in the living room area if needed.



The Neighborhood:

Laurel Park offers it’s own park just 3 blocks away, with a beautiful pergola and children’s playground. As well as a free kayak launch/ramp about 2 blocks away. Eclectic, stylish and in the heart of downtown Sarasota.

Welcome to our bungalow in the heart of Laurel Park. This property is located on a quiet dead end street, offering a peaceful retreat while keeping you within walking distance of downtown Sarasota. Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 PM. Please note that the minimum age for booking is 25 years old. As this is a non smoking property, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors. A copy of your government issued ID is required prior to your arrival. Please be aware that parties and events are not permitted, and a 500 dollar fee may be assessed for policy violations including smoking, unauthorized pets, or exceeding occupancy limits.
