This Vacation Home is an upscale 4 bedroom 3 bath gorgeous waterfront home. It has a unique location right at the mouth of the bay which allows for spectacular views and premier fishing. You'll find beautiful upscale coastal decor and furnishing in this waterfront home including wood like flooring throughout, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. It also has Cable TV and WiFi. The home has 2 king beds on the main floor and on the second floor there is a queen bedroom as well as a bunk room with a queen bed and two full beds. There is a very spacious balcony which overlooks the bay and is great for sipping your morning coffee or watching fabulous sunsets in the evening. There is a private lighted fishing dock which has great fishing and a private boat ramp if you want to launch your boat. In addition to the great fishing, boating and kayaking are very popular in this area. You will be able to see blue and white herons, ducks of all kinds and many other types of wildlife in this area. Rockport-Fulton, Texas offers some of the best fishing on the Texas Gulf Coast. Leave your boat at the dock and relax on the deck overlooking Copano Bay. No boat - no problem - just fish off the lighted dock and experience the 'fish freeway' where fish come in and go out to the bay.

Wonderful family time by the water.

We had a great time at this house. Fantastic location on the water. Relaxing stay and so easy to fish each day. The house was very well stocked and organized with everything we needed. Would love to stay here again soon.

A wonderful weekend on the water

This was our third stay at this house, and everything was great again! The owners are very friendly and helpful, and with them living next door it is always easy to find them. Our family loves coming here, and it is one of the most beautiful and comfortable rentals around.

This was such an amazing property and fit our large group perfectly! It was crazy clean and had everything we need...very nicely stocked! The fishing off of the dock was a blast and the back patios provide great views of the amazing sunsets!

Very Nice Stay

Our family met here for a quick getaway and all loved this place. It's very large and roomy and accommodated all of us very well. We fished, ate, visited with each other and explored Rockport. All of us had a really good time and are planning our next visit back. Every thing was as advertised and much more.

Top Notch!!

This is really a great house and much nicer that we expected. The location on the water is so nice and we really enjoyed the views of the water. We fished and relaxed to our hearts content and hated to leave. We have stayed at several homes in Rockport and this one is definately on the top of our list.

The house was beautiful, spacious and roomy enough for group. The only bad thing was that the bunk beds were very uncomfortable for adults, kids may be ok with them!

Nice property

House was great. Everyone loved that they had room to move. There were 14 of us and I don’t think there were enough towels, but we made it work. Beautiful view and the sunset was spectacular.

Great place, stunning views, comfortable, well appointed.

We have used VRBO multiple times in and around Rockport, Corpus Christi. This is the best property we have rented. View of the bay was great. Home was so comfortable, well appointed with everything we needed. Good fishing from the dock, and water access for my boat. Though the inside was great, the view and outside living areas made it easy to want to be outside.

Great Fishing property

Right on the canal, for quick access to Copano Bay. Quiet neighborhood, which was perfect. It is a little far from town if you want to do dinners or shopping, but Instacart was great. And we really enjoyed the solitude of the house. Dolphins came in to feed every morning.

LOVED THIS PLACE!! - GREAT FOR FAMILIES

Beautiful home, incredible water views, everything we needed!! My kids loved being able to fish right off the dock. They caught several trout and a huge drum that we let go. We also spent a day at the Rockport beach which is awesome. All in all a wonderful experience. Thanks so much to owners who were very helpful.

Best Rental and Hosts EVER!

I've had the opportunity to VRBO dozens of homes in Rockport. This home was easily the nicest, cleanest, roomiest and best equipped on the channel/waters of Copano Bay. The channels to Salt lake make this a perfect spot for docking your boat as well as some awesome pier fishing. Ricky and Paula (owners/hosts) could not be nicer! RENT THIS PLACE. Holds a large group comfortably.

Perfect Stay

Our family stayed at this home and all of us found it to be extremely enjoyable. The house is situated so that the views of the water and area are fantastic. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the views and fishing but the inside of the house was very, very nice too. We rented kayaks for our kids and they loved it. We cooked several meals at the home but Rockport also has a great variety of really good restaurants that we enjoyed. We also enjoyed working with Paula to rent this home and are looking forward to our next trip here.

Amazing home!!

This home was absolutely beautiful! We all instantly fell in love!! The house was super clean, and the view of the bay from the living room/kitchen was amazing! The owner came over to introduce himself to us as soon as we made it to the home. He was super nice, and we would get a quick response if we msgd them for any questions! This is definitely a home I would LOVE to come back to!

Immaculate Home

We love everything about the house. Luxurios, Very clean and spacious. Best view of the bay! Well stock of everything we needed to cook our meals. Only missing was Kayaks. I wished it came with kayaks like previous vrbo homes we rented. Other than that, it was perfect. We will definitely be back soon!

Relaxation

Throughly enjoyed this location. We all live busy lives so taking the time to relax and gaze at the ocean was extremely nice. While there was much fishing there were not many fish to be had. This might have been due to the dolphins that we saw in the area. Dolphins!! The owners were very nice and came introduce themselves when we got there and made sure we had all the information we needed. I would definitely recommend this location for a nice relaxing getaway.

Great fishing either off our dock or from your boat or kayak. Fishing Lights and Private Boat Ramp provided. Kids love it here. Kayaking, swimming, crabbing, tubing, boating, skiing, and much more. Close to the beautiful Rockport Beach and Acquatic Park. This home is professionally managed by the homeowners who live in Rockport and take exceptional care of the property.
