Amazing location, secluded corner condo just a half mile walk to The Village for tons of shopping and dinning. Close to Mammoth Brewery, and just down the road from Canyon Lodge. The shuttles are steps away from the condo, they will take you anywhere you need to get to in town for free. This unit is perfect for large families / groups of 8. This condo also has a pool and hot tub on site.
Fantastic location, high ceilings, light and bright, tons of windows, and lots of space to entertain. Our condo is a 2 bedroom, 3 full bath, plus a large divided loft with two twin sizes beds on both sides. There are two master bedrooms downstairs - both with queens size beds, full size bathrooms in both bedrooms with a shower and a large soaking tub. Both bedrooms have flat screen tvs. Upstairs bedroom has two twin size beds with a full size bathroom (shower /tub.) The loft area Is large and divided, there are two twin size beds on both sides, a pull out couch, and pull out beds. Plenty of room for a family/group of 8.
There is an extremely large kitchen, with a huge island for entertaining. Dinning area for 8 , plus 4 extra seats at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials to make home cooked meals. The living room has a large couch, wood burning stove with plenty of wood, flat screen tv and tons of natural light. Off of the living room the is also a deck so you can enjoy that fresh mountain air. The is a brand new washer and dryer in the unit for your use.
There is 1 assigned parking space underground - details at booking. If you need extra parking there is street parking where permitted.
There is a pool / hot tub on site - it's open during high seasons only.
Guests will have access to the entire condo with access via key pad - code will be given upon checkin.
This condo is non-smoking, our property is a rental to those who are 25+ years. There is a security deposit of $1,000 which will be refunded promptly if there are no issues.
This condo is about a 10 min walk or a short drive to The Village , restaurants, and tons of shopping. There are a ton of out door activities such as hiking, skiing, snowboarding, fishing, golf and plenty more. We are located on the yellow bus line, the shuttles will take you anywhere you need to get to in town at no charge. TOT 9250

Nice Place in a Convenient Location
The condo met expectations. It slept 8 comfortably, is clean and located near a shuttle stop. Lots of parking available too. We will consider this location if we return to Mammoth.

Nice Place
We love staying at Mountian Back near the Canyon Lodge.
Very convenient to Canyon Lodge & The Village. Its nice having covered parking, esp. in all the snow. It was pefect for my family all adults.

Great spot for a family getaway
My family and I loved this very convenient condo near Mammoth. The shuttles made it easy to get around and we could walk to the village when we didn’t want to drive in fresh snow. Only catch was that the third bedroom is open to below, so was harder to put the kids to bed early while the adults stayed up. It’s more like 2 “bedrooms” and 2 loft rooms. Either way, we’d stay again!

Cozy spacious perfect ski get away!!
This place was perfect. We went on a friends ski trip and there were 7 of us and we had more than enough space. The fact that there were three bathrooms was huge! My only minor complaint is that the wifi wouldn’t work, so it was tough for us to plan our days/ look up restaurants and things in the area. Other than that, this place was perfect and we all agreed we would definitely stay again!!!

great time in Mammoth
Location is great. easy access to the blue line bus. walking to the village was not bad, walking back uphill was a bit much!
there is no wood burning fireplace, it's only a gas log appliance type fireplace. overall the condo is a great for a larger group and all the kids upstairs in the loft was perfect.

thanks for staying in #30- unfortunately wood burning fireplaces are now outlawed so we paid around $10k for a new fireplace and pipe line

Ski trip
We stayed at the condo for a ski trip to mammoth.
The house was well appointed. We were 3 couples and the space worked well.
The only advice is that you know, in the winter, it’s possible the shuttle might not be running if it’s a storm.

Great family getaway!
The property was great!! Allowed enough space for 2 families with children. Great location, walkable to Canyon lodge. Underground parking was fantastic! Kitchen and bathrooms are all nicely upgraded and clean. Brand new washer and dryer in unit very helpful. Property manager communicative and approachable.
Only problem was the mattresses were firm and uncomfortable. Could definitely use some updated mattresses and pillows.
We would definitely return here again!! Thank you so much for having us!!!
