full-bath property. Situated in the beautiful Snowcreek V Fairway
neighborhood at the foot of the Sherwin Mountains, this townhome is
magically surrounded by tall, whispering pines and shimmering aspens.

After walking up about 12 stairs to the main living area, you will want to
kick up your feet and enjoy the cozy gas river-rock fireplace and dramatic
vaulted ceilings with tall picture windows that frame the blue sky, trees,
and mountain views.

The beautifully updated kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked and features
a breakfast bar with seating for 4. For larger gatherings the dining room
table seats 6 comfortably. Sliding glass doors open to a sweet, covered
deck off the dining room, perfect for your morning cup of coffee or a glass
of wine at the end of the day.

For your indoor entertainment, WiFi with high-speed Internet is
complimentary. There are Smart TVs in the great room and both bedrooms with
cable and all your favorite streaming services apps.

Whether your Mammoth vacation centers around skiing, snowboarding, mountain
biking, fishing, hiking, fine dining or just relaxing away from it all, you
will love your stay in this bright, comfortable townhome. Miles of walking,
biking, and cross-country skiing are right outside your door. Mammoth's
world-renowned ski lifts are less than 2 miles away. Eagle Lodge is a
5-minute drive and the Mammoth Shuttle stop is about a 15-minute walk from
this lovely townhome.

As a guest of Snowcreek V, you also enjoy access to the nearby newly
renovated hot tub. For a daily fee, enjoy the workout rooms, indoor and
outdoor pools, spas, and saunas at the Snowcreek Athletic Club, as well as

One of the best properties weā€™ve stayed at in the snow creek community. Great for families and we would absolutely stay here again. Only recommendation is to have access to a closet with snow equipment to help shovel snow away in walkway etc. it snowed the whole time while there which is awesome, but had no way of shoveling the snow away.

Christmas vacation

We had the most wonderful time at this property. There were so many tiny details that really meant a lot to our family. From the winter themed pillows on the couch, to the small Christmas tree, and winter themed blankets. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for our three day trip. It snowed a couple of times and it was so relaxing watching it from the living room. The location is up near the mountains and it was so quiet. This was a perfect escape for our whole family and it was everything we wanted in a winter vacation. This was the cute cabin vibes we were looking for. Thank you to the amazing hosts!

Clean and comfortable, great location!

The home was very clean and comfortable for our family of four. The beds were cozy and there was plenty of space for us. It had all we needed to cook, and serve our meals, including a grill and even a muffin pan (I had brought ingredients for muffins and was glad for that!). There are no seasonings or condiments, but I was prepared for that. No AC, which would have been nice, but not uncomfortable when we ran the fan to bring the evening cool air throughā€¦. Overall great stay!

Excellent, cozy and clean

Our family of 5 had the most relaxing and lovely spring break stay at this home. It is one of the most well-appointed vacation rentals we've ever had, with all the kitchen & bath items one needs, very comfortable beds and easy parking. This home is extremely clean and warm, which allowed us to relax the moment we arrived. Location is awesome, less than 10 minutes drive to downtown Mammoth and another few minutes to Main Lodge. Finally, we lucked out with a snowstorm during our stay which made for a beautiful view out the large windows. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

Excellent Condo

Great centrally located condo just a few minutes from the mountain. Owners were communicative and check in process was easy. There was plenty of dishes to cook meals and amenities for all guests staying. The entrances and steps were plowed during our stay too. The only flaw was the hot tub not being available on site (not sure if it was due to the storm) and master bathroom had a hard time reaching hot water, just coasted at luke warm. Overall I was extremely happy with the stay and would definitely book this property again next time Iā€™m in mammoth!

This is a beautiful getaway condo to stay at in Mammoth Lakes

Okay so here is the list of PROS for staying at this property communication with the manager/host was top notch, the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were a perfect fit for our family's needs. Each bedroom was well stocked with linens and extra linens, bathrooms were also well stocked, but you may want to bring your own toiletries like soap/shampoo/conditioner as there are small bottles that are supplied but if you are only staying for a few days then you are set. We stayed 9 days and needed a bit more. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils and small appliances, washer and dryer, just really well thought out. We had plenty of room for our family vacation. 5 adults and 1 child (3yo) and we had plenty of space to stretch out. The decor of the condo is really nice, high quality furniture, TV, wifi, BBQ, and outdoor space/balcony was perfect. The only CON we noticed was when we used the BBQ we could not find the utensils for the BBQ (or at least I couldn't find them). It's a beautiful location, to enjoy all the surrounding activities that Mammoth Lakes can offer. This is a 5star place. Thank you for letting us stay there. Blessings to you!

Cozy but needs improvement

The property is a little far off the trails but not bad since everything is about a 5-10min drive. My main issues with the property are that the cleanliness For example, the cups/dishes were not clean. We had a dirty towel in one of the bathrooms. The dining table is not sturdy and keeps wobbling from side to side. I informed the property manager of the issues but I didnā€™t hear anything back. I also asked about the Sonos sound system and no response either. Overall, itā€™s a decent place but not worth the price especially with cleaning fees adding up too.

Well appointed townhouse in a great development. The townhouse was close to everything, especially the Eagle Lodge and Village Lodge at Mammoth. Great for a family. Great communication from the owners. Beds were a little hard for my taste and I'd recommend foam toppers but that's just preference. 5 star stay!
