In the holiday apartment "Sielhuus 1" you can enjoy your holiday in any season - even if it should rain or storm, you are in good hands with us at all times!

You can expect a new, modern and harmonious ground floor apartment on 68 light-flooded square meters. Look forward to a spacious living and dining area, an open, very well-equipped kitchen and absolute comfort thanks to our complete and first-class furnishings - you will lack nothing with us to enjoy this holiday from the very first minute.
On cooler days, the underfloor heating creates a pleasant atmosphere. For an even greater feel-good factor, you can start a warming fire in the fireplace.

In the living area there is a comfortable sofa and an armchair available, on which the entire family can put their feet up and relax after an active and eventful vacation day. Books and board games ensure a relaxing break so that all large and small holiday guests feel comfortable with us at all times.

Families are very welcome! For our youngest guests there is a baby travel bed with a separate mattress and a highchair. For slightly older children, a kick and fall protection are available.

Even physical relaxation is not neglected in your vacation home. Immerse yourself in your own wellness oasis in the large modern bathroom and refresh yourself in the floor-level shower or pamper yourself with a soothing sauna session.

You will find restful sleep in two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a very comfortable box spring bed, a large closet and blackout pleated blinds. Enjoy the peace and completely recharge your energy supply thanks to a restful and deep sleep.

A WPC terrace with lawn that invites you to linger is also part of your holiday home (north-east facing). Round off your successful stay in the North Sea with fun barbecue evenings with the prepared electric grill and a glass of wine.

The apartment is barrier-free and wheelchair-friendly. The bathroom has a walk-in, wheelchair accessible shower and is equipped with a brick shower seat and two handles. The seat depth is 30 cm.
Two swivel support handles are attached to the toilet, the sauna door is 1 meter wide and the sink is accessible. The entire apartment is equipped with 1 meter wide doors. The transition from the living room to the terrace has a minimal threshold and can be easily overcome by wheelchair.
