Relaxed Island Escape with Pool and Hot Tub Access

This space is a 1BR/1BR with a King size bed in the master. It is overlooking the well kept garden and jacuzzi. The living room is spacious and has a sofa sleeper that converts into a queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Total living space is 585 sq ft. Washer/Dryer facility that takes coins located on property near the large pool.

Access the entire condo for use. Pool and jacuzzi and laundry facilities are shares with other guests. Private assigned parking for 1 vehicle in front of garage (ENCLOSED GARAGE AND OWNERS CLOSET NOT INCLUDED)

We are available via text between hours of 9 am and 11 pm all days of the week. After hours number for emergencies is listed on Air BNB website unless otherwise directed to another Emergency number in your welcome email or during your stay.

Walking, driving or vehicle is ideal for the island.

Pets are allowed. Two pet maximum per condo. Max weight of pets is no no larger than 25 pounds. The Home Owners Association permits small pets only.

Absolutely no smoking inside the building!

No parking in anyones assigned parking space, vehicles will be towed at owners expense! Additional parking is located on Morningside Drive and is limited to 2 guests slots. There is additional parking provided by the city on Gulf Bloulevard and the road that runs perpendicular to Gulf Boulevard.

For this address it was a little confusing to get to our room you could go off of two Strts.

Great Place Near the Beach

This was a great place to stay for myself, my husband and our 10 year old son. It was really close to the beach and had everything we needed. It was clean and the pool and hot tub were nice also. It’s really close to the beach entrance and perfect for a great getaway. We plan to return soon.

Super clean and super convenient!

Stayed 4 nights with my 6 year old son. We had a blast going from the beach to the pool back to the beach and then to the hot tub. It was so easy to get everywhere we needed to go and I would totally stay here again!

Very nice condo in an excellent location

My daughter and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was neat and clean and just the right size. We were close to the pool and jacuzzi and just across the street from beach access. I would definitely recommend a stay here. The property owners are very helpful and it is reasonably priced.

Cozy Clean and Convenient

My husband and I love this little condo. It has a cozy feeling to it and is very close to all the great spots we like to hang out at. We are definitely renting here again next year and I highly recommend this place 👍🏼

Great, Cozy Seaside Getaway!!

This is a beautiful, well maintained condo just a block from the beach. It comes with everything and it has been updated and decorated beautifully! The owners were wonderful and so easy to deal with. I enjoyed everything about my stay. I plan to stay there many more times in the future!

Overall it was good. I would suggest adding access to Netflix and other streaming services so we can log into our own accounts. It comes with basic cable access only.And UberEats could never find the place because it’s tricky to find based on just the address. You need instructions on how to find it.

We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and we had an amazing time. The condo was very clean and they had everything you needed on hand. Yvonne was very quick to respond and took care of all our needs. Will definitely stay here again

South Padre Stay

Was a nice place a little confusing about the address and location. The tv was not working correctly but the issue was corrected fast. We will for sure stay at this location again. Very close to beach and very confortable.

Good Time

Nice condo with quiet garden area with pool. One block from beach access. Enough room for a couple and six year old, and a pack and play for a six month old.
